"I called on Sunday for an emergency with our hot water heater. The call center took my information and the technician, Balin, called me right away with an ETA of 40 minutes. He came in a little over an hour but I loved the GPS tracking feature they send you for the tech. He was very nice, super helpful and he even tried to troubleshoot over the phone with me so I wouldn’t have to pay weekend rates. He still had to come out but I really appreciate"
