00:00When I was a little boy, I harmed an animal.
00:09And I looked into its eyes after I did this act, and I saw its pure soul.
00:19And I vowed for the rest of my life that I never wanted to harm anyone again.
00:27And so, ever since then, I never wanted to make a mistake.
00:39But living life like that, not wanting to make a mistake, caused me anxiousness.
00:48It caused me a lot of suffering. Incredible, incredible suffering.
00:53And so, what I'm having, there's kind of like a paradox here with our language of mistakes.
01:04Because, in some sense, if we don't want to make mistakes, we're not living here.
01:13We're worrying, and we're worrying about doing the right thing, good and bad.
01:19And so, can you, do you follow, can you explain that?
01:24Because I want to reduce the suffering, you know.
01:30You have to do pratikaman for that.
01:33And don't be, don't take, don't worry for that.
01:38If whatever I'm doing, it is wrong, it is harmful to others.
01:42Because, be aware, be cautious.
01:46And whenever somebody may hurt by you, or thoughts, or behavior, or speech, do pratikaman.
01:53And just, in the morning, you just pray, I don't want to hurt anybody with my mind, thoughts, speech, and behavior.
02:02That's enough.
02:02Don't worry for whole day, what happened, I'm doing wrong, I'm doing right, it's correct, incorrect, what?
02:11Don't worry for that.
02:13Just pray in the morning, and before sleep, just find out if anybody hurt.
02:19Do pratikaman for that, that is enough.
02:22So, there will not be any botheration for new karma.
02:25And, suppose, you feel, I killed that animal, and anything.
02:32So, you do, say, one hour, you sit down, and pray to that soul, and do pratikaman for that.
02:39That's enough.
02:42And, then, don't remind yourself, what happened, I have done wrong work, or anything.
02:49Don't remember again.
02:52Leave it, it is completed.
02:55If you do pratikaman immediately after atikaman, your anger, pride, attachment, and greed will disappear.
03:02The worldly life is created by atikaman, and is destroyed by pratikaman.
