00:00We have the visiting manager waiting, so we're going to be a little bit shorter than usual.
00:25If you can please keep it to single questions each.
00:27We'll get round as many of us as we can.
00:32So much to be pleased with, but which things have been disappointed?
00:37Huge disappointment for us because I think we're really disappointed for the players.
00:41We deserve to win that game, in my opinion anyway.
00:46The only disappointment from that first half, because I think it's the best we've played,
00:49was that we weren't further ahead.
00:51We had the chances, played with real energy and intensity and quality.
00:56Great to see us creating the big moments in their penalty box.
01:01Obviously a huge disappointment.
01:04We haven't won the game with the effort we've given.
01:06Dominic, Lee and Chris, please.
01:09I thought the Anthony Gordon one was the standout one for me.
01:16I think anywhere else on the pitch that's a blatant free kick.
01:20When it went to VAR and of course they checked everything, I thought this is going to be overturned.
01:27It's a clear error because that's a clear penalty as I've seen.
01:31I think the defender only focuses on Ant.
01:34They've said it's shielding, but I don't agree with that analysis.
01:37So I'm really disappointed that that wasn't given.
01:39What has to happen these days to get a penalty?
01:44I mean, a few times this season when the rules just don't seem to be right correctly.
01:49I don't think that's for me necessarily to critique.
01:54Just this one decision I think was wrong and that's where VAR really should intervene.
02:01It's a difficult one to work out because seeing it live I thought it was clear.
02:08Chris?
02:09I think it's now ten games without a clean sheet in the Premier League.
02:12That's the longest run during your tenure.
02:14How frustrating is that?
02:15Because obviously you build at the end of the lead and then you just let it slip.
02:19Yeah, it's a big disappointment.
02:21I think we've found ways to concede even when we've looked defensively stable in that run of ten games.
02:26It's a disappointing return really.
02:29Today our defending in the first half is very strong.
02:33I think that followed our sort of general performance.
02:36I think the second half, the free kick changes the feeling and momentum of the game
02:40and gives them renewed hope and it's a standout moment from Rhys James.
02:43And it's those type of things that are affecting us even though it shouldn't really.
02:49It's still at 2-1, we're still the dominant team.
02:51But then Chelsea came back into it and we're disappointed because even at 2-2 I think we have chances to win.
02:58Which we didn't take.
03:01Thanks Chris.
03:02Craig, Keith and then to Kieran please.
03:05A lot of the focus is obviously on the second half, two and the other two too.
03:09But you wonder about his response in the first half in the derby.
03:12There's some of that actually trace back to the reception he got on Wednesday night as well.
03:16Yeah, I'd agree with that. I think he felt the love and support from the supporters on Wednesday.
03:22That was a big moment for him.
03:24I thought it was a really good performance from Nick today.
03:26I think that's the best he's played for us.
03:28I think he looked really good athletically.
03:31He pressed really well, helped us deliver that really impressive pressing performance.
03:36If the number nine and the first man who sets that doesn't deliver it, the whole thing falls apart.
03:43Took his goals brilliantly, especially the second one which isn't an easy finish.
03:48I'd probably say the only disappointment for him is he doesn't get a hat-trick really.
03:53Keith?
03:54I don't think it's one of those games.
04:06I have to accept the questions on this will keep coming.
04:11I don't think it is.
04:13Of course, when something keeps occurring, it would be foolish of me to wipe it away and say no, it doesn't exist.
04:21We are doing work on things.
04:24We are doing our best to help the players in every way that we can when we're in that situation again.
04:32But sometimes the more you emphasise it, the more you highlight it, the worse the problem can get.
04:36So we're stuck in that very delicate balance where I don't want it to be the sole focus when we're playing the game.
04:44We've just got to play and we've just got to execute what we need to do well.
04:47I think it's only through winning games that it will go and I think it will go quite quickly.
04:53But we have to accept that that's what's happened this season and it's really hindered us.
04:57It's really cost us.
04:59Kieran, to finish this?
05:00Again, just following up from that, I think it's 13 points for winning a position.
05:04Is it a difficult season for me to get hold of?
05:07Yeah, I mean, there's so many things you could say that if this and if that, the reality is we haven't done it.
05:13And today again, it's a hollow feeling for us because we've played so well, but we only get a point for our efforts.
05:19But we're still, I think, going in the right direction.
05:24The Sunderland game apart, the last group of games since the international break when we returned and beat Manchester City,
05:29has been a real upturn in my opinion in terms of performances.
05:33And I think if that continues at the rate that it is, I think we'll be absolutely fine and we'll be in a really good place.
05:40But every time we're stepping forward, we're just getting knocked by ourselves and we have to try and end that trend.
05:47Thank you, everyone. So, go on Tuesday. Cheers.
05:49Thank you. Thanks a lot.
05:51You too. Have a good one.
05:53You too. Cheers, guys.
