00:00One of the objectives should be to show that someone of my age, 82, could do something like
00:10this. I was riding a bicycle from the age 12 and a half years old. It was something magic about being
00:18on a bike. I think maximum biking I've done is 30 k's. I would have done it a couple of times
00:24and that's about it. No hills, no mountains. So every time you think to yourself I can't do that
00:31because I'm old, ask yourself whether that's really true. How many bends done? We've only done one.
00:37There's 20 bends. Mumbai to the Alps. Baptism of fire. I want to be like that person right there
00:49when I'm 80 years old. Okay, let's get another number. Eight? Gonna get a little harder. I need to lie down in the grass.
00:56Mountains everywhere. Just keeps you distracted and moving forward. What a place to ride a bicycle.
01:02Keeping that muscle mass elevated is important for our health, it's important for our weight maintenance,
01:09important for our function. What is it you want to achieve in the coming years or decades of your life?
01:14That is like a roller coaster. That's so much fun, I mean. Every single sort of person can have dreams
01:23and ambitions. If you have to explore other paths to activity, explore them. I think adaptability is
01:30the key, isn't it? You do lots of different sports and you transition a lot more easily. I've got the
01:36defibrillator in my back pocket, so just in case anyone misbehaves, we'll give them a little jolt. I
01:41can tell you exactly how long the climb is. I have it on mine. Don't tell me. There was nothing here
01:50when I came. It was like a wilderness. Everybody comes with their own talent and their own access to
01:57their inner strength. I would really like to pull over and sit down. I just hate to give up. But don't
02:06let what's in here limit what you can do with the rest of your life. So much is possible.
