Tottenham head coach Thomas Frank insists that every club needs key people for a long time to be successful.

00:23One thing I'm pretty good at, I'm good at analyzing things and also good to know what good looks like and know where we should get.

00:33And one thing is 1000% sure we haven't seen any club be successful unless they had key people in the right decisions for a long time.
