05:16year every year during Christmas I think it is only because of the passion in which we bake our
05:22products and the fresh ingredients and we have personal supervision which we are producing for
05:29four generations I'm the fourth generation in the bakery so I think every year people come back for
05:34the taste of our cake and which is very different from everywhere else and the lines that you see
05:40is just proof of that hopefully once I get married I'm sure the next generation will want to get into
05:49the bakery because I am extremely passionate about it and for me it's something which I do from the
05:55heart so I think I will inculcate that in the next generation as well yeah obviously legacy is very
06:01important my grandfather did it my great-grandmother did it my grandmother did it my mom did it I did
06:06I'm sure my generation following will also do it I would say thank you Calcutta for the love we're
06:20going to celebrate 100 very soon and I think the love that you all have shown to the bakery is the
06:25only reason why we have managed to come through 100 years and we would want to go for another 100 years
06:32and I think the cakes can just get better and better and it's been there for four generations and we have
06:39just managed the same recipes through the generation and with our own personal touch in each year and I
06:45think it'll be very special when we reach 100 because it'll be only because of you all that we are here
