We’re excited to announce that Gaurav Kumar, PGDM in Marketing, Batch 2024–26 — a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Nitishwar Singh Degree College and a native of Muzaffarpur, Bihar, has been placed as a Territory Sales Officer at Marico, one of India’s leading FMCG giants.
At PIBM Pune, Gaurav received profile-oriented training in Sales, Distribution Management, and Channel Marketing, which helped him understand how businesses operate beyond theories. Through practical learning, live projects, and market exposure, he was able to connect classroom concepts to real business scenarios — gaining clarity on how channel sales functions in the FMCG sector.
With continuous mentorship, Mock GDs & PIs, and hands-on assignments, PIBM helped him sharpen his communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills — preparing him to perform confidently in the corporate world.
