02:17who can give them the work. Right. And many of them, they are, they are not getting that kind of facility in a high court or a district court or any another court as well.
02:30But yes, they want some platform where they will, they can learn.

03:37In the corona time, you are working with seniors to become an online year.
03:43Right.
03:44What do you want to know about seniors?

04:10How do we support the AI process of these services for us?
04:14What is your help?
04:16With AI, when all of the young people have a job,
04:22this is a platform for the Gujarat High Court Educate Association
04:27to develop a noble cause.
04:30In this case, seniors can post this work,
04:33and juniors can do this work.
04:35For seniors, they don't have much time to do work,
04:38for juniors, they don't have much time to do work.
04:40So, this is a bridge.
04:42For seniors and juniors,
04:46they need to do work,
04:48they need to do a platform,
04:51and with the help of technology,
04:53this is a huge amount of time,
04:55and result-oriented,
04:58we need to be able to do a presentable way.
05:01In this case, AI has been able to do a platform,
05:04we need to be able to do a lot of young people,
05:07and young people,
05:09they have recently joined,
05:11in the last 5 years,
05:12and they have a common challenge.
05:14In this case,
05:16we have the seniors who have different platforms,
05:19training,
05:21and this training,
05:22whether there is a webinar,
05:23or a training module,
05:25or in-person training,
05:27classroom training,
05:28on-the-job training,
05:29they teach drafting,
05:31pending,
05:33citation,
05:34judgment,
05:35how to hear them in front of different courts,
05:38they teach them,
05:39maybe there is an appellate authority,
05:41maybe there is a filing,
05:43they help each other,
05:45that building,
05:46a standard of research,
05:48and about their expertise,
05:50but also today,
05:51the UR advocate,
05:52and senior advocate,
05:53that's a platform to work.
05:54We can do our work, but you also have knowledge and technology.
06:01We can do all the work in the high court.
06:04What do we do in the high court?
06:09Well, the work can be done.
06:12There are many advocates that have done work.
06:16But they don't have work.
06:18We have a platform.
06:20There are many other advocates that have done work.
06:22But there are many issues that have done work in the common phase.
06:26Like drafting, registry related, filing related.
06:33We can do drafting and filing.
06:37We can remove objections.
06:39We can clear objections.
06:41We can copy and copy and paste.
06:44There are so many things.
06:46In the compliance and communication we can do all the work.
06:50When our seniors are allocated.
06:52These are 10, 10, 15, 15 people or whatever seniors are allocated.
06:56We have helped by these.
06:57These carers are designed for this.
06:59These carers are theã‚¿ miro.
07:01So that they know that no senior has to be allocated.
07:05They have food.
07:07They can be used.
07:08They have helped by many generations.
07:11I am sure that all seniors will be able to help all seniors in this situation.
07:20That's very good.
07:21And in particular, I would like to ask you about your questions.
07:25All seniors have been posted on this post.
07:28But we hope that we want a young president.
07:31So how are you going to put your work and how people will be watching you?
07:38Well, when we have the experience of seniors, the experience of this year,
07:46this is our constitution.
07:49This experience.
07:51When we apply to this experience, we have made an advisory committee.
07:57Different people have come to these people.
08:01We have best advice on how to deal with the issues.
08:05What are the merits?
08:06Based on merits, we have a solution.

08:10We have to take help from seniors.
08:12We have to take a side line.
