01:00So, I think the good thing is our American partners, actually, they are very well aware of the fact that this process should be completed.

01:10Because this is very much essential to the unity of the country.

01:13And so, as you know, every different element of Syrian opposition, the armed groups, came under the Syrian Minister of Defense now.

01:28Except for STF, because they were not member of opposition.

01:33In the former opposition structure, there were different groups.

01:38They were not always under one command and control.

01:41And now they accepted to come under the command and control of the Ministry of Defense.

01:47This is very much essential for the national unity.

01:50Because you cannot have two or three different armed structures answering to different authorities in one state.

01:59If you have this, you cannot imagine about unity and sovereignty.

02:05So, it is essential.

02:07And everybody understands this.

02:09But we just hope that things go through dialogue, negotiations, and peacefully.

02:15We don't want to see any need to resorting to military means again.

02:20But STF should understand the patience of the relevant actors are running out.

02:28They should come to a place where their commitment to the agreement of 10th of March should be honored.

02:39Everybody is expecting from them to honor that agreement.

02:45Without any delay, and without any twisting, because we don't want to see a deviation from this agreement.

03:00At the end of the day, our Syrian partners in Damascus, they also see this is a very much essential step for their national unity.
