00:05ipatutupad ang tinapyasang surge pricing sa Transport Network Vehicle Services o TNVS.

00:11Sa ilalim ng Memorandum 2025-056 ng LTFRB,

00:15pansamantalang adjustment itong tuwing peak hours at ipapang oras na in-demand ang TNVS ngayong holiday season.

00:22Hakbang daw ito ng LTFRB matapos makatanggap daw ng mga reklamo

00:25mula sa mga pasahero kung paano kinocompute ang surge pricing.

00:28Hindi dapat lalagpas ang surge pricing sa B+, C, TNVS fare matrix,

00:34B para sa per-kilometer rate at C para sa per-minute travel time.

00:38Halimbawa, hindi daw dapat mahigit sa P95 ang pamasahe sa sedan

00:42kung ang biyahe ay nasa 5 km at nasa 10 minuto base sa basic computation sa matrix.

00:49Inutosan na rin ng LTFRB ang TNCs at TNVS operators na ayusi ng kanilang fare algorithms

00:55bago ang pagpapatupad ng adjustment.

00:57Ikinababahala naman niya ng TNVS Community Philippines

01:00dahil maapektuhan daw ang kita ng mga driver.
