00:10Ho Yen meraih emas pada edisi Kemboja 2003 dan Hanoi 2021
00:14mencatat masa 1 minit 48.64 sun untuk mengatasi Nguyen Quoc Tran Van
00:20dari Vietnam dan rakas negara Alvin Sean Singh Chahal.
00:23Namun, pingat gang setelah istimewa buat Alvin
00:26kerana ia merupakan pingat pertamanya dalam cara individu
00:28selepas sepat kali membuat penampilan di Temasa Duit Tahunan ini.
00:58Saya rasa dia beri saya dengan baik.
01:00Dan kamu tahu apa, my tim-maids have been jatuh ke podium
01:04so I'm really glad that S13 for Malaysia for this event.
01:11Ya, I'm really happy about it.
01:13It's not the best time, but I did better in relay 148.48.
01:17But I think at this point, winning the race is more important.
01:20And bringing the glory to the Malaysian contingent is the best thing.
01:25So I'm really happy for it.
01:28It's actually my fourth seed game this time around.
01:31Firstly, I would like to thank God.
01:33Because without him, I don't think I would be able to come back that last 50.
01:38He gave me the strength to come back in that last 50.
01:40And it feels amazing to show my hard work paying off.
01:44Like last year, I made the decision to move to Stirling in Scotland
01:48after being 10 years in Australia.
01:51And as you can see, I'm slowly learning the sport of swimming.
01:55Even I'm turning 25 soon.
01:59So I reckon I'm still really young in this sport.
02:02And I still have many years to go.
02:04And I'll be working towards the 2027 seed games coming up.
02:08And hopefully, give Steve a good crack that time around.
02:13It's special.
02:15Because me and Steve, we go way back from MSSM in 2012.
02:20So I knew his brother growing up.
02:23And we've been really close friends throughout our whole seed games career.
02:26Because in 2019, we made our first seed games together.
02:30So it's really special to have him to be with me in the podium.
02:34Sementara itu, Pijing En menambah koleksi pingat pada penampilan terakhirnya di Sukansi
02:38apabila merangkul perak dalam acara 100 meter kuat dada wanita.
02:42You know what?
02:45It's crazy.
02:46It's been a hell of a journey.
02:48Sorry for cursing.
02:49To be very honest, I wasn't very confident walking into this race.
02:53Knowing that there are so many young people just literally on my tail.
02:57Like Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand.
02:59And so I was just trying to, you know, have a lot of fun.
03:03I think when I was walking over to the call room with Eric, I told him, like, I'm just
03:09going to have the most fun.
03:11And I think in my 10-year career representing Malaysia, that was the only, the first and
03:17only race where I did not think about whether I swam well or not.
03:22I was smiling throughout the whole race.
03:24Knowing myself and how I trained, I know I'm physically capable of delivering an even
03:29better time.
03:30But I know gold medal was kind of out of reach.
03:32So I was just kind of like aiming to be on the podium no matter what color it was.
03:36So, yeah, just truly special.
03:40I think it's got to be somewhere up there.
03:42The most special one, of course, has to be the KLC Games one, right?
03:45But it's definitely somewhere up there.
03:47It's something that I will cherish forever.
03:50And I know for a fact that my mindset going into this race and 10 years from now, when
03:56I think about 2025 Thailand Sea Games, I'm like, yep, I left everything in that hole.
