Jason Kidd explained how Anthony Davis and Cooper Flagg were able to feed off each other in the Mavs' win.

00:00Yeah, I think Cooper really was really good there in the first half.

00:04He was attacking, he got to the paint, and I thought he got us going offensively.

00:11And AD, I think, had four points, but I thought he picked it up there in the second half.

00:16And when one guy is going, you tend to lean on him,

00:19and I thought we leaned on AD there in the second half,

00:22and the game became a little bit easier for us.

00:24Yeah, he's huge as much as we look at him on the offensive and defensively.

00:30We need him to be able to block shots or come up with steals or change shots.

00:34And then the next step is being able to get that rebound.

00:37And I thought the group did a really good job.

00:38It's hard when you have that much time off and you're playing against each other.

00:42So I thought the group did a really good job tonight.

00:45Yeah, I think, again, he has the ability to do everything.

00:49And so eight assists, no turnovers.

00:51I thought he was really good at being able to attack and make plays for his teammates,

00:55especially with the pace that we're playing in the break.

00:58I think it helps him because that's one of his strengths is being able to find guys.
