00:00why isn't our self-worth innate why do we have to look at others but we bother

00:06don't we as human beings as women we find ourselves bothered disturbed with

00:14the need to be validated and as long as that need exists a weakness would exist

00:21because the need to look to others to have an assessment of oneself arises

00:27only in the absence of self-knowledge there are no free lunches if you are

00:33dependent on someone whether physically financially emotionally or

00:37psychologically there would be a price to pay mind you you cannot be forced if

00:46you are not dependent if you find yourself bulldozed or forced there is

00:51only one reason you're not walking on your own legs so go out and earn if you

01:00are financially dependent go out and earn and reduce your needs and make the two

01:04meet you cannot have your comforts and conveniences and still want freedom that

01:12is not the way life is
