00:00Before we begin, I do want to acknowledge someone who's meant to be a part of this conversation,
00:05Deepti Sharma, an exceptional all-rounder, the player of the series in the recent World Cup triumph.
00:11Unfortunately, she couldn't be here today due to her personal commitment.
00:15She's very much a part of this journey and we celebrate her contribution with immense pride.
00:21All right. I want to know how many interviews you've given after you've come back.
00:27Because for me personally, I have a connection with women's cricket and to get people to, you know, care, that was the hard part.
00:38Used to speak to the media and the media wouldn't want to cover anything connected to women's cricket.
00:44Not even a two-by-two-inch column would make it, you know, in the newspaper on what's happening with women's cricket.
00:51But post this World Cup win, this has been historic.
00:53Thank you for what you did for our country, firstly.
00:56How about another round of applause?
00:58Doesn't have to be standing, but a round of applause.
01:01Thank you for what you did.
01:03It is a landmark moment for women's cricket.
01:07How many interviews have you given and how does it feel?
01:10How does it feel?
01:12Firstly, thank you so much for inviting us here.
01:16Yeah, I mean, we have been giving interviews after the World Cup.
01:18It's a special feeling, can't express in words, but I think the entire team was waiting for this moment and we are really happy that, you know, now we are leaving this moment and the entire country is celebrating with us.
01:30I think that's even more special, the way, you know, everybody is saying this World Cup was very special.
01:36They felt like, you know, it was very close to them.
01:40They were watching the emotional, you know, part how they share with us.
01:44That was something very special and really happy.
01:46The support, the love, the care we got, you know, from our fans and the entire country, I think, it's really hard to express in the words, but I'm really happy, you know, how the entire country came together to support us.
02:01Sruti, what was your feeling?
02:04When did it actually sink in, that we won this?
02:09This has actually happened.
02:11This is a very big thing for women's cricket and for all of us.
02:16So what was your feeling when you realized that we are the world champions and we have beaten Australia?
02:25What a tournament it was, going in as underdogs and coming out as winners.
02:30So when did it feel, what did it feel when you have beaten us?
02:37I think, firstly, thank you for calling us here.
02:40And I know your contribution towards women's cricket has been amazing.
02:45And, yeah, I mean, people, whoever has played before us, I mean, their contribution has been amazing to keep the game alive.
02:51And this World Cup is just a victory for all of us who fought for this battle for years.
02:57And I remember, I think, me and Harman, I mean, we've been part of the team.
03:04I have been part of the team for 12 years.
03:06And after every World Cup, we would have that look to each other that,
03:10When will it happen?
03:11When will it happen?
03:12When will it happen?
03:13And we've been very close, a lot of times we've been in finals, but it did not, things didn't go our way.
03:21But I think I remember we had a visualization session just before the final.
03:26And all of us sat down and visualized just one thing that just underneath the scoreboard,
03:32There's a banner saying, whoever wins the last, like, they'll be like, India wins the World Cup.
03:39And, sorry, India, the World Champion.
03:41So we visualized that as a team.
03:44And when actually it came on the screen, we all told each other, see, it's finally there.
03:49I think that moment kind of it felt like we've won the World Cup.
03:52This gives me goosebumps.
03:53It gave a lot of, I'm sure, it gave a lot of people in the audience here who watched it goosebumps.
03:58What an incredible moment it is.
04:00But I want to ask you,
04:03Aapke liye wo turning point kaunsa tha jahan pe aapko laga?
04:08Ye, ye, I mean, I don't want to make any, you know, comparisons to men's cricket,
04:13But it was like the 1983 World Cup jahan wo gaye as underdogs.
04:17Matlab, itni umeede nahi hi thi, logon se di, par at what point did you believe ke,
04:25Oh my God, we're not just competing.
04:28We're, we're gonna win, we can win this.
04:32Well, jaisi yame pata jala tha ki, yeh World Cup india mein honne wala hai.
04:37I think that time we were in England, we were playing a bilateral series there.
04:41That time only, we all saw each other and we got so happy that,
04:44because playing a World Cup in home condition is very special and,
04:49I think that time only, we were so happy and we were like,
04:53yaar, abhi ni chhodna because it's a home condition and then,
04:56you know, the entire country is going to support us.
04:59But, the way we started this tournament,
05:02obviously, it was up and down.
05:04But, I think, self-belief, jo team ka tha, wo, humne kabhi bhi break nahi graa.
05:09Everybody was so confident.
05:10Even though, haarne ke baad bhi,
05:12humn loog ek dusiri ke tarav yeh dekke, bolte dekhi nahi,
05:15yaar, next game.
05:16And, uh, uh, ho jayega, aur karenge haam.
05:19Karenge haam.
05:20I think, wo joh, humn ek bar bhi negative ni hoye.
05:23I think that was the reason,
05:24ki, uh, lagata teen match haarne ke baad bhi.
05:28Uske baad bhi, jaisi yam Bombay aaye,
05:30humne ek bar bhi discuss nini kara hai ki,
05:32past mein kya huwa.
05:33We were only talking about, next match is,
05:35new ziland ka match,
05:36ar us mein kaise jana hai.
05:38And, we saw how smithi and, uh,
05:40prati ka batteri in that game.
05:41To, I think, wo humnara mindset hi tha.
05:44I think, uh, I think,
05:45agar mughi kishi tijij ko credit dena hai,
05:47tell, I'll give credit to our prepare,
05:49jab hum prepare kar rye thay, world cup se pahele.
05:51Humnare camps mein, humnene,
05:52in chijj hoon ke baare mein,
05:54bhor discuss kar rha tha.
05:55Because, world cup mein,
05:56uh, bhoot, uh,
05:58lumba time hoota hai,
05:58bhoot sare matchis khail nye hoota hai.
06:00Uske bieech mein, humn kabhi haarenghe,
06:02kabhi jitenghe.
06:03But, sabse important joh chij rheeghi,
06:05ki, humn kaisi, uh,
06:06ek saath rheenghe, uh,
06:08during that time.
06:09Kauki, ek bar bhi,
06:10team mein, ek person bhi,
06:11idher idher hoa,
06:12to, that can be very difficult for us.
06:14But, I think,
06:15we all stay together,
06:16no matter, uh,
06:17uh, kaisa bhi situation tha.
06:18Uh, it was a totally different atmosphere
06:22and the way we started against New Zealand
06:24and uske baad,
06:25to, uh, humne peechhe mulke dekha hai ni.
06:27No turning back, as they say.
06:29Uh, but, um,
06:31Smriti, you,
06:32I mean,
06:33the team dedicated the World Cup
06:34to all the stalwarts
06:36who, you know,
06:38fought the good battle,
06:39Mitali Raj, Julan Goswami.
06:41How did it feel
06:42holding that trophy?
06:43You dedicated it to them as well.
06:45So, how did it feel
06:46holding that trophy,
06:47standing alongside?
06:48They've been heroes of yours as well, right?
06:51Yeah, role models of yours
06:52that you've looked up to.
06:53What was that feeling like?
06:55Yeah, I mean,
06:55it was just amazing
06:56that, uh,
06:57they all were present
06:58at the ground,
06:58uh, when we lifted the trophy.
07:00And, we could see, uh,
07:02that happiness and smile
07:03on all of their faces.
07:05And, for, for us especially,
07:07I mean, uh,
07:08I remember in the last World Cup,
07:10one-day World Cup,
07:11uh, we all really wanted
07:12to do it for them.
07:14And, I remember promising Juludi
07:15just after that World Cup
07:17that, I'm really sorry
07:18we could not do it.
07:19But, whenever we win
07:20the World Cup,
07:21hopefully we'll win
07:22the next World Cup
07:23and dedicate it to you.
07:24Uh, and even,
07:25of course,
07:25Mitali Di.
07:26So, I, I'm, I'm happy.
07:27I mean, there was Reem Adi
07:28and whoever's contributed
07:30in women's cricket.
07:31I mean,
07:31everyone was there
07:32at the ground
07:33and just to see them,
07:34uh, celebrate
07:35and have tears in their eyes
07:37because, as I said,
07:38it was a battle
07:39which was fought
07:40over years
07:40and, uh,
07:42that particular day
07:43it just felt like,
07:44uh, women's cricket
07:45is winning
07:46and it was not
07:46that particular team.
07:48Anyone who was
07:49associated with
07:50women's cricket,
07:51uh,
07:52maybe didn't play
07:52the sport
07:53but helped it grow.
07:54Yes.
07:54Uh, I think it was
07:55a battle won
07:56for all of them.
07:56I'm not to bring
08:03men's cricket
08:03into this conversation
08:05but there is a certain
08:06a behind-the-scenes
08:08moment hai
08:08uh,
08:09joh sabko pata nahi hai
08:11hai,
08:11toh shayad
08:11aap hummari saath
08:12share kar sakte hain
08:13uh,
08:14something the fans
08:15never saw
08:15but a certain
08:16phone call
08:17that happened
08:17uske baare mein
08:18aap hummari audience
08:20ko thudha
08:20kuch bata sakte hain
08:21Harman Phee.
08:23Yeah, uh,
08:23jaisi, uh,
08:24we released
08:25the semi-vinals
08:26uh, uh,
08:27us beach mein
08:28I was talking
08:28to MI, uh,
08:30team ke members
08:31ke saath bhi
08:32aur Raul sir
08:32was talking to me
08:33and he said
08:34Sajin sir
08:34wants to talk
08:35to you
08:35because tomorrow
08:36is a very,
08:37very big day
08:38for all of you
08:39but, uh,
08:39he just want
08:40to share
08:40his experience
08:41with you
08:41and then immediately
08:42I made a call
08:44and then, um,
08:44you know, uh,
08:46it was a very, uh,
08:47special, uh,
08:48call for me
08:49because, uh,
08:50sar ke vahaan se
08:51message ana
08:52because, you know,
08:54growing days mein
08:55humne TV peh
08:56dekha hai
08:56but never that,
08:57you know, uh,
08:59uh, aise kabhi
08:59chance mi hua
09:00herehaan par,
09:00we can talk to them
09:01hujaan par unke saath
09:02kriket po leke
09:03yada discuss kare
09:04but, uh, I think
09:05that call went
09:06for half an hour
09:06and then he was
09:07just, you know,
09:08he was, uh,
09:09uh, madlob,
09:10ho itne khush te
09:11aur he was like,
09:12eh, tomorrow is
09:13the game
09:14where you don't
09:15need to think
09:15about winning
09:16or losing.
09:17It's, it's very
09:18important ki aap
09:19ground par
09:20kitna present
09:20hoote ho.
09:21And then,
09:22whenever you feel
09:23ke game aapke
09:25control se baha
09:26jata hai,
09:26just try to
09:27slow it down.
09:27And then you
09:28can get a few
09:30seconds to think
09:30ki kya karna hai.
09:32Because job
09:33important match
09:34hota hai, usmei
09:34haum flow mein
09:35bosh chala jate hai
09:36and then
09:36waha par mistakes
09:37karne ki, you
09:38know, uh, uh,
09:40ho sakti aapse
09:41mistakes.
09:41But at that time,
09:43you just have
09:43to take a pause
09:44and think left
09:44and right, what
09:45is the best option
09:46for you, what
09:47best you can do
09:48and what the best,
09:49you know, your
09:49teammate can bring
09:50it for the, uh,
09:51for, uh, for,
09:52for the team.
09:53I think unke jo
09:54experience they, uh,
09:56uh, that really
09:57helped me and I
09:58was continuously
09:59thinking ki kis
10:00time pe kya karna hai
10:01and then, you
10:02know, agar sar ko
10:03wo chiche help
10:03kari, definitely
10:04he's going to
10:05help us also.
10:06So I think, uh,
10:07uh, he watched
10:09all the games
10:09and he was, you
10:10know, talking
10:11about, uh, all
10:12the moments ki
10:13kaha par kya
10:14achha hoa, kaha
10:15par kya improvements
10:15ho sakti hai.
10:16And kal ka jo
10:17match, usmei
10:17just go there
10:18and, you know,
10:19play, uh, play
10:20free cricket and
10:20tell your all
10:21team members that,
10:22you know, tomorrow
10:23is a special match,
10:24but just take it
10:25another game.
10:25kiki agar ap uske
10:27upar jyadha pressure
10:29dalo ki, jyadha
10:29soucho ki, then you
10:30can put yourself
10:31under pressure, but
10:32just go there, play
10:33free cricket and
10:34then, you know,
10:35result apnea paaye ga.
10:36Don't just keep
10:37thinking about the
10:37result.
10:38Result will come
10:38on your way, but
10:39important hii hai hai ki
10:41stay in the moment,
10:42stay calm, stay
10:43relaxed, and I
10:44think, uh, his
10:45advice really
10:45help us.
10:46What sage advice
10:47from a legend?
10:49I'm sure aap
10:50mile unse, uh,
10:52jeet ke baad?
10:54Hanji, sir, sir,
10:55sir was there, uh,
10:56final dekhne bhi
10:57ayaetai, sir,
10:58aur, uh, uske baad
10:59mile toh nahi,
11:00lekin, uh, yeah,
11:00I'm sure whenever
11:01I'll meet him next
11:02time, I'll definitely
11:03go and thanks to
11:04him, because
11:05unka advice was
11:06something, uh, which
11:07really helped me
11:08personally, and
11:09then, uh, obviously
11:10the team.
11:11Alright, ye, ye
11:12sawaal har athlete
11:14se, um, pucha
11:15jana zaruri hai, I
11:17mean, when it
11:18comes to
11:18representing India,
11:19there's always
11:20pressure, there's
11:21always pressure of
11:22expectation, to, um,
11:24java ap field pe
11:25jaate ho, java ap
11:27um, kris pe
11:28utarte ho, um, what,
11:30what anchors you
11:32mentally, what keeps
11:33you, like, grounded?
11:36Well, uh, love
11:37for this sport,
11:38kyunki, benne khayla
11:39shuru kara, because
11:40mujhe ish game se
11:42bhot paar tha, aur,
11:43paar hai, aur, paar
11:44rahe ga bhi.
11:45So, I think,
11:46ju, jo, game ki
11:47respect hai, game ka
11:48paar hai, I think
11:49that is something, uh,
11:51jo, hamesha, mujhe
11:52mere, uh, acche
11:53time ne, ur, bure
11:54time ne, mujhe
11:55baar baar, you know,
11:55help karta hai.
11:56So, I think, uh, I'm
11:57very passionate about
11:58this game, and, uh,
11:59no matter whatever
12:00the situation, always
12:02want to do my best,
12:02and that is what we
12:04always talk in our
12:05team meetings.
12:06We are here because
12:07we really love this
12:08game, and abhi, I
12:09know, so many
12:10responsibilities on
12:11us, uh, uh, from
12:13empty stadium to, you
12:15know, now packed
12:16stadiums, I know, abhi
12:17siraf humi apne aapse
12:18ameid nahi rakhte
12:19now, you know, uh, so
12:21many people, they're
12:22expecting a lot from
12:22us.
12:23this is what you
12:23wanted, it's happening,
12:25now it's gonna be
12:26another kind of thing
12:27dealing with, with
12:28audiences and large, you
12:30know, uh, numbers.
12:32jub him empty stadium
12:33may bhe khel te thai, to
12:34us time pae humi
12:35hy baat karti di, yaar, it
12:36is boring, we really
12:37want to do something
12:38yaha pe, you know, we
12:38can, we can pull the
12:40audience to the
12:41stadium.
12:41So, I, I remember
12:42whenever, you know,
12:43Smiti and I was having
12:44chat, jab stadium khali
12:45hoarte hai, humi
12:46hi bolte thai, yaar, ki
12:47ek din we want to
12:48see, you know, people
12:49are here wearing blue
12:50jersey, cheering for us,
12:52and I think, it's, it's
12:53all the hard work, uh,
12:55jo, you know, you
12:56They have forced to watch Indian fans for watching women's cricket and they love us and get so much love for them.
13:05So I think that because all the hard work that our team has done and I think credit goes to all our seniors who have been playing.
13:13They have given up and because of them, women's cricket, Zindari, even your support we have seen growing up.
13:20The way has been paved by so many people. But you are the team that won and changed everything for Indian cricket.
13:31But Smriti, you are a very cool customer. She is a very flamboyant batter, of the most flamboyant batters in our team.
13:39What is your mindset when you are on the field?
13:46I think the mindset is that you have to watch the ball and beat.
13:49Ah, I like that.
13:52I mean, I have always been a very simple person, not complicate my life with overthinking about anything.
14:01And one thing I believe that if you put a lot of work behind the scenes, because what happens on the ground, everyone looks at it and judges on that.
14:11But what I judge myself or the team is the work which we put behind the scenes.
14:15And I really pride myself to do that work day in, day out, even if I am feeling good about things or bad about things, whatever it is.
14:24I think if you put that work behind and when you go out to bed, you are just very confident about what is going to happen.
14:30So I think that's one thing which I pride on myself, but that's one thing which also changed massively for our team in the last six or, I would say last one and a half, two years.
14:44Because that the work ethics, you could see a different shift for all of them.
14:49They all had a game plan of how they want to, their next two years to look like.
14:55And that's something why we got the results.
14:57But tell me something that's focused, this concentration, this patience, is it cultivated or is it something that is inborn, in your opinion?
15:08Yeah, I think...
15:08When you go out there in the middle, the focus, razor sharp, forget everything that's going on in your life, whatever, whatever.
15:14Go out there in the middle, see ball, play.
15:17You know, where does that come from?
15:18Is it, how do you manage to block everything out and what is your process?
15:22Well, to be fair, I mean, as Harman said, the love for the game.
15:28And I don't think I love anything in life more than cricket.
15:31So when you go out to bat or when you go out to represent your country, I don't think any other thoughts are there in the mind.
15:39When you put on the Indian jersey, the only thing you want to do is represent India and win the match for the country.
15:45And, yeah, I mean, the biggest motivation is that when you put on the jersey and India is written, I mean, I always tell everyone that once you put on the jersey, you just keep all your problems aside and just be on the field.
16:02Because you have a responsibility and you are one of two billion people who are representing your country.
16:10And I mean, just the thought of that is enough for you to have that razor sharp focus and do what you want to do.
16:17Beautiful. Wow. Spoken like an athlete, a champion athlete.
16:21Thank you for that.
16:23Harman, you carry dual responsibility.
16:26One is to lead the team and two is also your own personal performance.
16:30You know, when the pressure stacks up, what helps you stay, you know, in control?
16:35What helps you stay balanced?
16:37How do you balance the both?
16:39Well, initially it was difficult because, you know, because as a player, you know what you're doing, you know, you know what you are expecting from you.
16:50But when it's come to the team, you have so many different players and taking them all together and then understanding them, understanding their game, their role.
16:59And then, you know, seeing that, you know, how they can, you know, come up with the best performances.
17:08So, I think over the time, you know, playing with this batch now from so many years, understood, you know, how a player, you know, how a player better suited, how a team can better.
17:22So, I think even credit goes to all of them.
17:26They've been very nice.
17:27They've been, you know, understanding what is, you know, as a captain, I mean, demanding from them.
17:33So, I think everything came together very nicely.
17:36I think that is the reason, you know, our team is one of the trust, one of the faith, and one of the others, you know, we take one of them to the field and take them together.
17:46I think something is very special in this team because I've been playing with, playing for India for so many years.
17:52But this team has something very special and I think because of them, my jobs are, you know, very easy.
17:58So, I think credit goes to Smithi.
18:01Smithi is always there to support me, to, you know, whenever anything is there, always go to her and discuss.
18:07So, I think we have very, very, very nice bunch of girls.
18:10They are very understanding and I think whatever is there in my mind, I'll go to them, speak to them and they'll always come up with, you know, positive response.
18:20So, I think that shows, you know, this team, they just want to do well for the team.
18:24They just want to do well for the country.
18:26I think for them, because of them, my job is very easy and then when it comes to my personal performance, I think of, I always believe as a captain, if I keep performing, then, you know, I can set the example for my team.
18:38So, I think, and I think I don't want to put any pressure on me because there was a time I was, you know, putting a lot of pressure on me.
18:47Then, you know, sometimes I was just burning myself unnecessary.
18:49But, I think over the time, which I have learned that, you know, keeping things very simple and very clear, I think that is something which has given me many times, you know, positive results.
19:02So, I think, I think just going with a clear mindset and, you know, keeping things very clear for myself and for my team, I think that is something which is, you know, always helped me.
19:11And I just want to keep doing those things, which has always given us the positive results.
19:17So, tell me about Smriti, does she?
19:18Smriti, I think she does both.
19:32Whenever it needs, she always comes up and, you know, share her experience.
19:36So, we always say, you know, whenever we are having a batting meeting, so I always tell her to, you know, share your experience, how you are, because she is someone who is always performing for the team.
19:47And, you know, if she can share her experience with the batters, that can help us and that can help younger batter in the team.
19:54So, I think whenever need, she has always come up and speak to the team members.
19:59And with bats, she is always there to, you know, give the answers.
20:02But, I think whenever we need, she is always there for the team.
20:06Achy, tell me, now, women are made differently, okay?
20:10We play as good cricket as the men do, but we are made differently.
20:14So, I want to know, are there ever disagreements within your team and sort of who sorts them out?
20:21How does that work, Smriti, or does everyone get along?
20:24Because in a team full of that, in a squad full of 15 women, team of 11, does everything go hunky-dory or is it like thoda, kabhi-kabhi, madhla, issues hote hai?
20:35I think I am liking how you asked me this question.
20:40All the nicer ones were there.
20:43No, no, you look like you are the kind to resolve issues.
20:46That's what, that's my impression of you.
20:48Well, I think, firstly, I don't look at it as issues because everyone is wanting to win the game for the country.
20:57And everyone has their own opinion, how will we win the game for the country?
21:03Healthy discussion.
21:04So, we...
21:04So, united in purpose when you are out there, but there can be issues in the dressing room.
21:09Kabhi-kabhi hote hongi.
21:11Ab, tekhou, women's cricket ke bar mein, log jaan na chaate hain aur.
21:15To, wo, inside story, thodi toh bata nahi padi gaya.
21:17But, genuinely, if we don't have that discussions or arguments, we aren't winning on the ground.
21:23Because, if we do not have those sort of discussions where we are disagreeing to something, that means we are not passionate enough to win the match for the team.
21:31So, we do definitely have those sort of discussions.
21:34I wouldn't, again, say it's arguments.
21:36I would still term it as discussions because, I mean, of course, we have to select the best 11.
21:43We have to decide if we are batting first or bowling first.
21:47And everyone has their own opinions about how we will win the match.
21:52I don't think anyone is correct or wrong.
21:54They have their own thought process that how would we win the match for the country.
21:58So, but I don't see ever that the discussions goes into arguments.
22:03Because, I feel we have...
22:06You can agree to disagree.
22:07Yeah.
22:07Or aage badho.
22:08Yeah, there might be times where I go to Hariri and I'm like, you know, we need to do this.
22:14And, we have the liberty to each other to say yes or no.
22:18And, that's pretty, I think, we've kept it very chilled in that terms that she can say a no to me as well.
22:24Even I can say a no to her that I don't think, I still think we should do this.
22:28So, but I think without that, I don't think we would have had the trophy.
22:34Of course, without the passion, I mean, with passion comes disagreements and opinions.
22:38And, it's nice to sort of manage it that way, navigate it that way.
22:43Now, sitting in our audience are thousands of entrepreneurs, literally thousands of entrepreneurs.
22:49People dealing with pressure, with their own uncertainty, setbacks and defining moments of their own.
22:56And, what's the one principle from your journey, you know, connected with the sport, that applies to business as much as it does to sport?
23:08This question is for the both of you.
23:10You want to go first?
23:12What is the one thing from the game of cricket or teamwork that applies to, you know, the sport as well as to business and life?
23:23I think there are two things.
23:26Firstly, I don't have any knowledge about entrepreneurship.
23:29So, don't take me wrong in any ways.
23:32But, there's two things which I really keep thinking when I'm playing the game.
23:37And, what cricket has taught me is that you always start your innings from zero, no matter if you've got a hundred.
23:43So…
23:44That's beautiful.
23:45That is a beautiful, beautiful, wonderful.
23:46That's a lot of relatability there, yes.
23:51Yeah, the next day is always a new day for…
23:54You have the best day or the worst day.
23:57I mean, you still have chance to get better at it.
24:00And, the second thing which we always discussed during the World Cup that don't play for yourself, play for the person who's right next to you.
24:07And, I mean, of course, in entrepreneurship, there's a lot of people behind the scenes.
24:11So, sometimes we get too caught up for doing it by ourselves and we put that pressure on ourselves.
24:16But, sometimes when you start thinking that I want to do it for the person right next to me, I mean, the job gets a little easier.
24:23So, that's what we kept discussing that we have to do or play for…
24:28Like, I wanted to score a hundred for the person right next to me rather than for my own self, which really helped.
24:33That gives you another kind of drive altogether, doesn't it?
24:37Beautifully said.
24:38Harman?
24:39Yeah, I'll just add on a few things.
24:42As Smiti was talking about, like, the things we, you know, do or apply in our team.
24:49One thing is, you know, enjoy each other's success.
24:51Because, I think that is very important because it's a team game and, you know, if you don't enjoy your, you know, what your teammate is doing, then you're not a, you know, great teammate.
25:05So, I think that is something which we, initially we were doing forcefully, but now it's a very, you know, natural thing.
25:13In this World Cup, you know, if you have seen when Smiti and Pratika was batting, we all were praying for them.
25:20We all were like, you know, we want them to score a hundred, we want them to, you know, start well for the team so that we can finish the game.
25:26So, I think staying together, enjoying each other's success and lifting your teammate whenever they need your support, I think that is something which really helped us.
