Bratz is a 3D animated television series based on the globally popular fashion doll line created by MGA Entertainment. Developed for television by Peggy Nicoll and produced by Mike Young Productions, the series premiered on Fox’s 4Kids TV on September 10, 2005. It follows four stylish, adventurous teens — Cloe, Sasha, Yasmin, and Jade — as they navigate school, friendship, self-expression, and creative storytelling while managing their own teen magazine.
Season 1 Episode 1: “Crush in a Rush” marks the series’ debut. In this premiere episode, the Bratz girls are working to balance their magazine responsibilities with a big social event: planning the Wild Life Safari Party. Meanwhile, their friend Eitan seeks help from Dylan and the Bratz crew to finally ask out his crush Yasmin, resulting in humorous missteps, heartfelt moments, and the Bratz’ signature blend of fashion-forward fun and friendship. Subplots include Yasmin’s struggle to write an English class poem and Bratz-style comedic hijinks involving unexpected party helpers and magazine deadlines.
