00:43plan by beyond in a very prime location the very famous dubai island will witness a dedicated

00:50cluster over 2 million square feet this master plan will sit in a beautiful setting facing

00:57the sunset right on the beach the project is going to be a significant one it's over 12 billion gdv

01:03and development value siora will deliver and a unique community that empowers people's life

01:11that brings them joy comfort peace and prosperity and next year we have a lot in the pipeline i'm

01:19looking forward to announcing our third master plan in 2026 that will bring another dimension to the
