#sonofsardar2 @sonofsardar #son of sardar 2 #ajaydevgan The film centers on Jassi Singh Randhawa, a cheerful and hopeful man who after many years finally gets a visa to join his wife overseas. But when he lands in the UK he is devastated to learn that his wife wants a divorce. Alone and heartbroken, Jassi crosses paths with Rabia, a wedding-dance troupe owner whose husband has abandoned her along with a stepdaughter, Saba.
Saba is in love with Goggi — but Goggi’s father, Raja Sandhu, a proud and traditional man, refuses to accept a match with Saba because of social and cultural prejudices against dancers and non-Indian background. To help Saba and Goggi marry, Rabia and her friends persuade Jassi to pretend he is Saba’s Indian father and a decorated army colonel. Jassi agrees and the imposture begins.
From there the film erupts into a chaotic cascade of misunderstandings, cultural clashes, mistaken identities, and absurd comedy. Jassi must maintain the ruse under pressure from Raja and his suspicious associates — while juggling the complications of a wedding-style drama, identity charades, and the dynamics of love, loyalty, and prejudice.
As the lies pile up, so do the laughs, the conflicts, and the emotions. What begins as a desperate attempt to help a young couple get married becomes a wild ride of comedy, chaos, and confrontation with social norms — all delivered in a mix of slapstick humour, romance and Punjabi-style masala fun.
