01:57Everything was great except to the driver, Carlos, pick two.
02:04Reached there ten minutes earlier, the reception officer asked me to board the bus however being stopped by the driver.
02:10He created an excuse saying that the customer need to land first before I board and asked me to wait out there but there wasn't anyone except to a blonde lady he chatted with.
02:18In the end, the blonde lady was also one of the customers and he was just trying to flirt.
02:25It wasn't a great start, I wasn't sure if this was a racism too.
02:29For the poor quality of the driver's attitude, I rated it a four stars.

02:44Good tour and the experience crossing the lake with Ferry and the gondola ride atop of mountain is beautiful.
02:49We were lucky to find snow on our very first day.
02:53But the stay was only for 30 minutes at the top which gets spent on eating rather than sightseeing.
