00:37Alhamdulillah, na abdukul ajiz wa daeef wa miskin wa zhalim wa jahal.
00:42And then Allah forgive us and bless us and asking to be nothing and enter the oceans of Allah's rahmah.
00:52Alhamdulillah, reminder from myself always that anytime we ask for permission to move towards haqqaiq and realities,
01:11realities of the self who knows himself, who knows his Lord from the holy hadith of Prophet ﷺ,
01:16that it requires patience.
01:19And the patience that from what we don't understand or our knowledge is incomplete,
01:24not to become confused but to have patience and meditate and contemplate.
01:29And Allah describes that all realities of Samawati wal Ard are known to the people of tafakirun,
01:37the tafakkur, they contemplate.
01:40That nothing will be from just the eyes that you see it and you understood it,
01:45but to use all of the elements to bring that reality for our lives
01:52and to make that what we heard to be real for us.
01:57When we were talking today with some guests yesterday about ilmu yaqeen and ayn al-yaqeen and haqqa yaqeen,
02:07reminder always that ilmu yaqeen is a knowledge, but a knowledge based on taste.
02:16And from what you, whether you read the knowledge and you accompanied the teachers of knowledge,
02:26what they want for us is to have real knowledge conveyed by people who are real.
02:34And they experience that knowledge and it is upon their soul.
02:40They talk to you from their soul and not from their mind.
02:45And an example that we gave and an example in our lives
02:48is that it has to be real for the person speaking, not just from books.
02:55You can read a book and any book you like,
02:58but the tafakirun and the people of tafakkur, they have to take that,
03:03meditate and contemplate on that,
03:06and it has to become something real for them.
03:10Otherwise, you're not able to convey,
03:12and in naqshbandiya, not allowed to convey that which you haven't tasted.
03:17Because it's not real for you, although it's a reality.
03:23And one example to understand that is somebody giving you a brochure for Hawaii.
03:30And we talked about that example the other day.
03:33Somebody sends you a brochure and says,
03:35yes, it's here this beautiful island of Hawaii,
03:38the hotel is like this,
03:39the sands are beautiful and white,
03:42the ocean is beautiful and green,
03:44and the restaurants are like this.
03:46He's reading the brochure.
03:48He's never been to Hawaii.
03:50So he's reading this brochure to you to sell you the package to go there,
03:54which he has never gone there.
03:56So why he's selling you the package for somewhere he hasn't gone?
04:00That's one.
04:01That's the understanding.
04:03Because in basic English, we can understand it.
04:06As soon as you turn it into Islamic terminology, people get confused.
04:09So you're now selling me a package that you haven't gone.
04:16But yeah, yeah, it doesn't matter.
04:17Who knows?
04:17What's the difference?
04:18The sand is a beautiful sand.
04:19I see the picture.
04:20You'll see that picture when you go there.
04:22The ocean is very beautiful.
04:24The hotels look marvelous.
04:25And they sell you on that package having never gone.
04:29So somebody who has gone to a place,
04:32immediately goes into the ocean and finds,
04:35Hey, this sand that you showed,
04:39inside the ocean is all jagged coral.
04:44Because Hawaii is known for their jagged coral.
04:47That many people go in and they cut all their feet.
04:50Many people who surf on those waves,
04:53when they have an accident,
04:54they can become all cut up.
04:56They become shredded and they call it shredding.
04:59But you had to have been in that ocean to have understood
05:03there's something in that ocean that's dangerous.
05:07There's something of other realities in that ocean
05:10that not visible from the picture that you are seeing.
05:14And the people of haqqaiq means Allah took them to that sand
05:19and they looked.
05:21Allah took them to the ocean and they went in.
05:24And in the ocean they discovered what's happening in that ocean.
05:28They understood there's a quarrel, there's danger,
05:31there's jewels, there's gems.
05:34Means that their life is based on experience.
05:37If you're selling me a package and a brochure
05:40and reading something and reading it to me by translating it,
05:44but you have not yet tasted it
05:46and made it to be real for you,
05:50that's not the ilm-u-yaqeen that they're talking about.
05:53Ilm-u-yaqeen is to take these realities,
05:56these loves, this sharia,
05:58tariqah, marifah, haqqiqah,
06:01all the levels of this reality
06:02is then to make it real for ourselves.
06:06So we take a knowledge
06:07and we begin to take a path of tafakkur.
06:12That ya Rabbi, I want from these ilm-u-yaqeen
06:14and I want to be taught from the people of yaqeen,
06:18the people of inner certainty,
06:21that the knowledge they convey
06:22is not a knowledge that they read.
06:25But some of them,
06:26you may even find them to be ummi.
06:29They are not read people.
06:31They are not professionally trained in schools.
06:34It means even more of a sign,
06:36the knowledge that come
06:37is coming from the knowledge of the heart.
06:41That that ilm that they convey to you
06:42is not something that they read.
06:45But Allah put them through
06:47to taste from that understanding,
06:49it became a yaqeen and a truth for them.
06:52As soon as they took the knowledge
06:54and they took a path of tafakkur and contemplate,
06:57and they begin all their lives
06:59to sit and contemplate and contemplate,
07:01and they make a room like a qabr
07:04where we talked before.
07:06They cut the lights,
07:07they put a candle,
07:08and they begin to take away of meditation.
07:12And they begin to know all of their defects
07:14and all of their characteristics.
07:17Only through all that struggling
07:19and striving against themselves,
07:22then Allah begins to open.
07:25That when they have sincerity,
07:26Allah begins to open upon their heart.
07:30They begin to hear what people can't hear.
07:33They begin to see what people can't see.
07:36They begin to feel and taste and smell
07:39what people can't.
07:41And this is the holy...
07:42All of these are from hadith.
07:44These are not from people making up
07:46cuckoo stories.
07:48This is holy hadith of Prophet ﷺ.
07:50Allah just said,
07:51come with voluntary worship,
07:53not your fard.
07:54Fard you have to do.
07:56Do things on a voluntary basis
07:58because voluntary shows love.
08:01And Allah is teaching us,
08:03come with love to me.
08:05If I find sincerity in the love
08:07that you are doing,
08:08in the way that you are performing,
08:10I will be the hearing in which you hear.
08:13That hearing is an eternal hearing.
08:15It goes with you to the grave.
08:17Goes with you to akhirah
08:18that your soul is an open soul.
08:21It doesn't say I'll be your ears,
08:23but I'll be your sifat of hearing.
08:25I will dress you from my sami.
08:28That you'll hear from my attribute.
08:30You'll see from my attributes.
08:32You'll feel and taste and breathe
08:34from my attributes.
08:36Your hand,
08:37my hand upon your hand.
08:39Your hand will have power.
08:41Your feet upon my feet,
08:42upon the feet of Prophet ﷺ.
08:44Allah has no hands and feet.
08:47That dress is the dress
08:48upon Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
08:50Means that Prophet ﷺ's madad and support,
08:53support us and dress us.
08:56That becomes ayin al-yaqeen.
08:59That the knowledges you are being fed
09:01are from the people of ilm-yaqeen.
09:05And the knowledges that you are taking
09:07and beginning to train yourself
09:09with tafakkur to open the ayin.
09:13Open the eye of the heart
09:15and even more in depth
09:18is Allah's ancient ayin.
09:22Because the ayin is not only your eye,
09:26but Allah's sifat al-aleem.
09:28And I'm going to open for you
09:30my ancient alim.
09:33Sifat al-aleem.
09:34Allah's ancient knowledges.
09:36So that to dress you and bless you,
09:39no doubt your soul will be open.
09:42But what I'm going to grant you of yaqeen
09:44from this ancient ayin.
09:48That all knowledges and all realities
09:50coming from that sifat.
09:52If Allah azawajal begin to dress you from that ayin,
09:56means He's taking you to become from ibadullah.
10:01Because you've been in training of rijalullah.
10:05You cannot be from rijalullah
10:07if you are not sitting in zikr.
10:09If you're sitting at home,
10:10you're wasting your time.
10:12If you're going from place to place
10:14looking for some authority in dunya,
10:18you're wasting your time.
10:20Look for the authority with Allah azawajal.
10:23The ulul amr.
10:25They are the people who are under Allah azawajal's amr.
10:29They are taking commands from Allah azawajal
10:31through the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad azawajal.
10:34Atiyallah, atiyah rasul, awlil amr minkum.
10:38Means then they teach us,
10:40then seek those,
10:42seek those whose their knowledge is real knowledge.
10:46Their hearts are open,
10:47their souls are open.
10:49Means they are training you now to be from rijalullah.
10:53Because when we're asking ya rijalullah, ya ibadullah,
10:56ya ibadullah, ya rijalullah, rijalullah,
10:58the ones in training.
11:00And Allah azawajal describes them in Surah Al-Nur
11:02that neither business nor merchandising distracts them.
11:08They are waiting for their covenant from Allah azawajal.
11:11They're willing,
11:12they're waiting to fulfill their covenant from Allah azawajal
11:15because they have to work,
11:15they have to live in dunya.
11:17They're not hidden in the mountains.
11:19Those are a different class of awliya.
11:21But they're amongst people.
11:23And they're doing their trade,
11:25they're doing their work,
11:26they're doing everything they had to do,
11:27just like sahabi.
11:29They had to work,
11:31they had to earn,
11:31they had to do what they have to do.
11:33But it didn't distract them from the remembrance of their Lord.
11:37And they're waiting for Allah azawajal's approval.
11:40If Allah azawajal grant them mawt,
11:42the mawt, the qablan mawt,
11:43that you are like a dead one in dunya,
11:46but you are alive with us in our Divinely Presence,
11:50means dressing that ayn upon the servant,
11:54from that ayn that begins to dress you from the bahru qudrah.
11:57Because the aabd has to have the ba.
12:02What is the ba?
12:03It means all my ayn is coming on to Holy Qur'an.
12:07All my ancient knowledges are moving through that Holy Qur'an.
12:13And all of Qur'an in Fatiha,
12:15all of Fatiha in Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem,
12:18all of Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, imba.
12:22So aabd is not a slave like in dunya,
12:26you buy them and release them and use them and abuse them.
12:30aabd is someone whom Allah azawajal
12:32taking to His Divinely Presence,
12:35dressing them from ancient knowledges,
12:38throwing their souls into bahru qudrah
12:40and the dal that giving to them
12:43that they are the dalis and the guide for all of creation.
12:47For their time on earth they are a guide
12:50and for their time in the heavens
12:52they'll be an eternal position of guidance
12:55under the dress and the lights of the Muhammadiyoon.
12:59Means that's ilmu yaqeen
13:01that Allah azawajal want us to receive from those knowledges
13:05as they train you to become Rijalullah.
13:10Means that you begin to train and train
13:13that, Ya Rabbi, what I'm seeking is not here,
13:15not in this physical world
13:17but in your Divinely Presence.
13:20I'm going to use my physical world
13:22for dunya hasanat,
13:24akhira hasanat.
13:25I want to get to the akhira
13:27and the realities of akhira.
13:29I'm going to use my time in dunya
13:31to achieve
13:33that hasanat of akhira, Ya Rabbi.
13:37So it means then use your sustenance
13:39in that way, use your time in that way,
13:44use everything that Allah azawajal has given to you
13:47in the way of becoming from Rijalullah.
13:51The men of Allah azawajal,
13:52those whom Allah azawajal is pleased with.
13:55And Allah azawajal when pleased with that servant
13:58begins to dress that servant with sincerity.
14:02When they train and learn how to block out the dunya
14:05and open up the akhira, open their heart,
14:09then Allah azawajal begin to dress them from haqq yaqeen.
14:13The certainty of haqq.
14:15And brick by brick this haqq begins to open
14:19because they begin to have visions.
14:21They begin to hear the reality, see the reality,
14:24taste the reality.
14:26It is a haqq for them.
14:30Then he asks that Allah azawajal describe,
14:33I created the heavens and the earth in haqq.
14:39So then they take you into haqq.
14:42If Allah azawajal going to open for you haqq,
14:45they begin to train you in the way of ma'rifah.
14:47That when you say, Allahu haqq,
14:50no doubt, Allah azawajal, Allahu haqq.
14:53But they want to go deep into that reality,
14:56then Allah azawajal for us beyond contemplation.
15:00Don't contemplate Allah azawajal.
15:03Prophet ﷺ said,
15:04when you want to contemplate,
15:06contemplate creation.
15:08Don't look to the where-ness,
15:09the how-ness and the why-ness of Allah azawajal.
15:12Not for us.
15:13Allah azawajal is owner of the attributes,
15:17is a description of attributes for the divine.
15:21But by means of those divines,
15:23you can never attribute them to Allah azawajal.
15:26You can't say Allah is high.
15:29Because we are people of life and death.
15:31Allah azawajal is not in the ocean of life and death.
15:35But it's a description.
15:36That the ever-living and everything that ever-living,
15:41coming from that creator.
15:43So I said, don't go there.
15:45Don't try to figure out and to understand Allah azawajal.
15:49What Allah azawajal wants from us,
15:51is then they teach you to go into that haqq,
15:53go into that ocean of creation.
15:56Learn the oceans of realities,
15:58that ya Rabbi,
15:59who knows himself will know his Lord.
16:01As soon as I go into myself and want to know
16:04that my soul and my light
16:06coming from Muhammadun Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam,
16:10that soul is the soul of haqq.
16:16That reality and light is the haqq of Allah azawajal.
16:20That is the truth of Allah azawajal.
16:22Because la sharik,
16:23there's no place that you can go to see Allah azawajal.
16:27What Allah azawajal wants us to see,
16:30is look to Muhammadun Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
16:35And that light and that soul is made from haqq.
16:40Haqq from the oceans of hayat.
16:44Qafq is from al-qayyum,
16:46from the ever-eternal.
16:48So what makes the haqq
16:50and anything to be from the reality of haqq,
16:53from the reality of Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam's soul,
16:58that we created insan from al-nafs al-wahid,
17:01from one soul,
17:03all creation is coming.
17:05All the samawati wal ard has been created by this haqq.
17:10And it is high.
17:13Not like your dunya,
17:15where everything comes and goes and destroyed and dead.
17:18And Allah wants us to always see it by the seasons.
17:22Say, how all these things are green?
17:25Few months later,
17:26all of them are dead.
17:28Don't put your love in that which is perishing.
17:31But my heavens and your malakut,
17:36the origin of your light,
17:38it's high.
17:41And because it's high,
17:42Allah azawajal is supporting its life
17:45by giving it to be qayyum.
17:47Its sustenance coming from Allah azawajal.
17:50Means that greater haqq
17:54and the reality of that soul
17:56that is encompassing everything.
18:00It's haqq.
18:01From that drop,
18:03Allah azawajal gives to your soul to be haqq.
18:06Your soul is alive.
18:10It's hayu al qayyum.
18:12You don't feed your soul.
18:14And there's nobody that can starve your soul.
18:19Its sustenance comes from Allah azawajal.
18:23Means that's the haqq yaqeen
18:24that they want to take us.
18:27Is that these knowledges are you hearing
18:29or they're going to take you to that destination
18:32or they're wasting your time.
18:34The political understanding of Islam for what?
18:39What's going to do for your soul?
18:42And is it going to take you any closer to haqq?
18:45Is it going to open up the reality of al-hayyat
18:48and to be from the servants of al-hayyat
18:51where Nabi Musa a.s. wanted to meet
18:55one of those Muhammadan servants
18:56and the sign from the two rivers
18:59where the fish came to life.
19:01The dead fish for their lunch came to life
19:04that it came to life and jumped into the water.
19:09And that was the sign of al-hayyat.
19:12And if Allah azawajal dress us from al-hayyat
19:15begin to dress us from al-qayyum
19:17and that that soul is sustained by Allah azawajal.
19:22If we can reach towards the reality of eternity
19:25means then we achieve what Allah azawajal wanted us to achieve
19:30in this material world.
19:33That we waste our time in accounting
19:36and law in this and that
19:37everything that we're doing
19:39and think that we are accomplishing something
19:41and building something
19:42and all of it is an illusion.
19:45You do what you have to do to pay your bills.
19:48But at night Imam Ali said
19:51as if the world is coming to an end.
19:53In the morning as if it's going to be forever.
19:56Work hard.
19:57But at night struggling with ourselves.
20:00Our zikr, our awrad and our practices,
20:02our tafakkur, our contemplation
20:05as much as we can to come to zikr
20:07into majlis salihah of Nabi SAW
20:09for the love of Sayyidina Muhammad SAW
20:11to cleanse and to purify
20:13and to be taught from ilm al-yaqeen
20:16to be trained in ayin al-yaqeen
20:18so that Allah azawajal dress us
20:20from that sifat al-aleem
20:21and then from that Allah azawajal dress us
20:25from the haqq yaqeen
20:26that to reach certainty ya Rabbi
20:28I want to be dressed from bahru al-hayyat
20:31I want to reach to the qayyum
20:33to the eternal souls and springs
20:35that when you quench my soul with that
20:38from the oceans of Kautha
20:40to reach towards its realities and its blessings
20:44we pray that Allah azawajal dress us from these lights
20:47bless us from these lights
20:48and next few months
20:50the opening of the holy month of Raja
20:52holy month of Shaban
20:54and the holy month of Ramadan
20:56we pray that Allah azawajal give us life
20:59to see those months
21:00and give us a himmah
21:01to accomplish what needs to be accomplished for our soul
