00:00We are obsessed with this raspberry lemon tin cake. I make it in 20 minutes. We literally buy
00:04pre-made sponges and it is the most delicious dessert. I'm going to quickly make some raspberry
00:09jelly. Just follow the back of the packet instructions. Then you're going to grab a
00:13tray out and fill it with your desiccated coconut and we can get started. You can make vanilla cake
00:18and use that. I'm just using these sponges. Dip it in the raspberry jelly mix and then straight
00:22into your desiccated coconut and you're done. Then I usually pop these in the fridge while we make
00:28our whipped cream. Add thickened cream, some vanilla, sugar and vanilla custard powder to a bowl. Whip it
00:33up until nice and thick. Vanilla custard powder makes it have the best texture and it's so yummy.
00:38Then pop one cake down, smother with your favorite raspberry jam, top with that delicious custard
00:44whipped cream and add a cake on top and you're done. This dessert, seriously guys, it is so good. Enjoy!
