00:37I think it's a disgrace what Democrats are doing. Let's talk about the whole picture here, Sean.
00:42President Trump has traveled this country both in his first term and since his first term and heard
00:48from countless Americans who have children, who have died of an overdose, who hard drugs have
00:55wrecked their families. We have members of our administration who have lost children and family
00:59members. I myself, Sean, you mentioned the age bracket. It's the leading cause of death for
01:04Americans under the age of 45. Anybody in my generation, Sean, can't count on two hands the
01:10number of people they went to high school or college with who have been killed by hard drugs in this
01:14country. And the president made a promise. He made a promise to the American people.
01:18Back in the summer of 2024, the Republican National Committee at the Republican National Convention
01:23adopted a new platform for the Republican Party. And at the top was President Trump's 20 promises to
01:29America. And if you look at item 10, it says demolish foreign drug cartels, Sean. President Trump
01:34campaigned on this. He said, we're not going to keep letting narco terrorists run drugs into this
01:39country that that are effectively weapons of mass destruction that are killing our children.
01:44And America's future in mass. There has been millions of Americans killed by this problem.
01:50Look at listen to what they said. Well, it's only cocaine. And, you know, really,
01:55they're just people trying to make a living. And if you kill a narco terrorist, well, it doesn't stop
02:01the narco terrorists from bringing drugs into the country. That is what I just played. That is what
02:08they're saying. Now, that is a level of Trump derangement syndrome that I can't wrap my head
02:15around. I don't know if anybody can, because it's nonsense. It makes no sense at all. They are
02:22taking the side of narco terrorists that are killing American children and destroying American
02:27families, Sean. It makes no sense. Of course, if we kill the narco terrorists, it will stop the
02:32narco terrorism problem. It's very common sense. It's classic President Trump. He's going to do the
02:37thing that is legal and common sense to improve the lives of the American people. It's just that simple.

02:48are going to support the president because everybody in this audience knows somebody,
02:53a friend, a neighbor, a distant relative, somebody that has been impacted by fentanyl death,

03:45Merry Christmas and everything. And the war on Christmas, it continues among the left. We'll prove
03:50that to you. This turkey is so juicy. This update, I'm Kevin Cork in Washington. We could soon learn
04:02more about the allegations against convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, a federal judge granting
04:08the Justice Department's request to unseal grand jury transcripts from federal investigations in Florida
04:14back in 2005 and 2007. Epstein evaded federal charges at the time, striking a deal instead to plead guilty
04:22to state prosecution charges. Of course, in 2019, he was arrested on federal sex trafficking and eventually
04:29died in custody. The U.S. Supreme Court, meantime, taking up the constitutionality of President Trump's order
04:35on birthright citizenship. The president's order not to grant American citizenship to children born to people
04:41in the U.S. illegally or temporarily, was struck down by a lower court. Birthright citizenship,
04:47of course, part of the 14th Amendment, first Trump immigration-related policy to reach the high court.

04:59Now, earlier this week, ICE launched a brand new enforcement operation in the sanctuary city of New Orleans,
05:05which is already having a massive impact there. Our very own Mike Tobin, he is in Louisiana tonight.
05:11He has all the new details. Mike, what's going on?
05:16Well, I can tell you, Sean, Border Patrol started the day with more than 30 people taken off the street,
05:20and they have been on patrol all day long. Some examples of the people they have rounded up.
05:24Ban Vinh Tov from Vietnam in the U.S. illegally. He was convicted on a host of crimes, according to DHS,
05:31including kidnapping, homicide, and aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 40 years, but paroled.
05:36Due to sanctuary policies, he was released. Border Patrol got him on Wednesday.
05:41Hong Nook Tran, also from Vietnam. DHS says his crimes include sexual assault and fondling a child.
05:47His order for removal dates back to 2010. He was also picked up on Wednesday.
05:52A Cuban national DHS says he's convicted of rape and burglary, was free in New Orleans, now locked up.
05:57A host of charges and convictions for the others range from domestic battery to child abuse.
06:02They picked up a guy today with a past charge for strangulation, all of them in the U.S. illegally.
06:09When is the mission successful here in New Orleans?
06:12Well, when all the illegal aliens leave New Orleans, when all those bad people, bad things,
06:17there's criminal aliens, the child rapists, the terrorists, and all those individuals that we apprehend,
06:23when they're all gone, mission accomplished.
06:25Steel demonstrators swarmed City Hall yesterday and demanded city leaders stop them.
06:32It got so bad, public comments in the council were shut down.
06:35A big demonstration citywide is planned for tomorrow.

06:39And Mike, you have a Republican governor and you have a Democrat as the mayor of New Orleans, correct?

06:48And it's created quite a different scene, particularly since Governor Landry has welcomed the federal agents.
06:54What I don't see on the streets, I don't see the opposition, I don't see the big protests forming up.
06:57No riots, no tear gas.

07:02Now, it is not just New Orleans.
07:04ICE has also been ramping up enforcement operations in Minneapolis,
07:07where the Somali refugee community now stands accused, get this, of stealing hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars of state funds.
07:17It is a massive fraud scheme.
07:19And that is, unless you ask the attorney general of Minnesota, he doesn't seem to mind one bit.
07:25Take a look.
07:27Look, I want everybody listening to this program to know that we're very proud of our Somali community.
07:32The Somali community opens tons of businesses, introducing Minnesotans to everything from Sambusas to, I mean, you name it.
07:42I mean, there's a whole kitchen.
07:44You know why these individuals who committed fraud did it?
07:48To get rich, to buy houses.
07:50You know, what we do know is they bought houses and cars and crap like that.
07:56Oh, crap like that.
07:58And while the state government doesn't seem to really have any interest in getting the money back, the feds, ICE,
08:03they are very interested in getting illegals who are criminals off the streets.
08:08And they have had amazing success in Minnesota.
08:11Arrests are piling up already.
08:13Illegals, charges like, oh, let's see, assault, fraud, robbery, domestic violence, human trafficking, DUI, you name it.
08:20And how does the left respond?
08:23Trashing Tom Homan, who's working night and day to keep the country safer and enforce our laws,
08:30who, by the way, is not exactly a guy you want to mess with.

09:18whether President Trump can end birthright citizenship by executive order.
09:23Now, that would eliminate a major incentive for illegals to come to the country.

10:01And you have these crazy leftists, these radical, pro-illegal alien Democrat demonstrators that are trying to stop ICE and Border Patrol from defending the American people, from defending the American family,
10:15and from getting these rapists, killers, pedophiles, and terrorists the hell out of our country, Sean.
10:22All right.
10:23What about the Somali fraud scheme that is unfolding before our eyes?
10:27One of the things that is being reported on is where that money is going.
10:33That could be the most concerning of anything and the connections associated with it.
10:38How deep does it go?
10:40What has the administration discovered up to now?
10:44Yeah, so based on what we have found so far, we believe that the Somali fraud operation in Minnesota is the single greatest theft of taxpayer dollars through welfare fraud in American history.
10:57We believe that we have only scratched the very top of the surface of how deep this goes.
11:04And you're familiar with all the scams with pretending that children have autism who are not, in fact, autistic, with pretending to enroll people in food programs when, in fact, nobody was ever enrolled,
11:16and engaging in engaging in massive fraud, lying, and theft, and grift on a scale we've never seen before in American history.
11:24The total bill, the total tab for this is going to be far beyond the numbers we've already seen reported.
11:29We believe the state government is fully complicit in this scheme, and we believe that what we are going to uncover is going to shock the American people.
11:38Look, based on the records that we already have, and this is a significant undercount, by the way, 75% of the Somali population in Minnesota is on welfare.
11:50But that's likely a significant undercount of just how much of a financial burden the Somali refugee population is imposing on this country.
11:59So, Governor Walz was warned by whistleblowers.
12:04He was told.
12:05He saw the dismissive attitude of the attorney general.
12:09Congresswoman Omar is on defense, but apparently is associated with people, or at least people around her, clearly seem to be involved, not been proven yet, but very defensive at this time.
12:26Do you believe, do you believe, all of them, that this will apply to all of them, their lack of concern, the amount of money involved, any possible protection that they offered?
12:37Yeah, I think you're going to see all of that, Sean.
12:39This scandal is going to rock the core of Minnesota politics and American politics.
12:45We are going to be able to show, whether it be willful blindness, whether it be deliberately turning the other way, or whether it be direct knowledge, we are going to show how Democrat politicians, Democrat bureaucracies, Democrat political systems, and the Somali refugee population ripped off the American people, stole countless taxpayer dollars, and engaged in scams that boggle the mind.
13:12Scams that we can scarcely even conceive of, or imagine, in their brazenness.
13:18This truly underscores the extent to which the Democrat Party has used migration as a weapon against the American people to gain political power at the expense of American citizens, stealing their money, stealing their votes, stealing their sovereignty.
13:35This is going to be case in point for the argument that President Trump has made about why we must stop mass third-world migration into this country.
13:45It is a tool the Democrat Party has used to rob the American people blind.
13:50Listen, it should be standard.
13:52Anybody coming into the country, and I'm the product of immigration, but it's legal, you have to have a background check, no radical associations, a health check,
14:01and you cannot be a financial burden on the American people, and certainly you can't come here and then rip off the American people.
14:08That's federal law. It's been federal law since the 1880s, that you have to, number one, you have to be financially self-sufficient, you can't be on welfare,
14:16and number two, your sponsor has to sign a legally binding document promising that the alien they sponsor will not use welfare,
14:25and that if they do, the sponsor will pay 100% of the cost that is owed to the taxpayer.
14:31That's not happened once here, Sean.
14:33The American people were robbed, and we're going to make sure that those responsible are held accountable.

15:27Guess what? Homeless, 10 cities, they're about to make a major comeback in New York City
15:32as the avowed Marxist socialist promising to end a key Eric Adams initiative
15:37and stop all homeless encampment sweeps when he takes office.
15:43Ah, they're bringing San Francisco encampments to New York City.
15:47Now, Mayor Adams responded to this move on next, saying in part that it harms residents,
15:53dehumanizes people who need help before calling on him to reconsider.
15:57The former chief of department for the NYPD, John Chell, also responding on X, saying in part, quote,
16:04ending street intervention programs before building sufficient housing, shelter, and treatment centers
16:10or capacity is not a plan. That's called a gamble.
16:14Before adding, quote, we don't have time for experiments.
16:18And he joins us now with more.
16:20John, you know, it's an experiment that's been tried in New York City.
16:25It's been tried in Los Angeles. It's been tried in San Francisco.
16:29It's failed everywhere it's been tried.
16:32You know, what's the definition of insanity?
16:35Yeah, I keep doing it again.
16:37You can't get in front of the camera and say we're doing away with the homeless program under Mayor Eric Adams.
16:45I ran that program for years and certainly not perfect.
16:49But one thing you didn't say, like you just mentioned, we were not the other cities.
16:52We didn't have mass encampments around this city.
16:56So what is the plan?
16:58And there's many levels to this plan.
17:00It's not just the police department.
17:01Where are the beds?
17:03Where are we putting them?
17:04There's a mental illness involved in this.
17:08But you don't have a plan yet.
17:10So why would you dismantle the one that is working?
17:13It's not perfect, but we weren't a tent city.
17:16And I'll tell you what, one thing people fail to talk about is you can't force a homeless person into a shelter.
17:24Our shelter system is a mess.
17:26You can't force them off the street.
17:27It's not that easy.
17:28But what is your plan?
17:31Okay, look, I do have compassion.
17:34I'm looking at these videos.
17:35So what are we looking at?
17:36In most cases, people that are mentally ill.
17:39We're looking at people that are addicted to drugs.
17:41We're looking at people that, through whatever means, you know, find themselves in that position.
17:48Why don't you offer the mental health treatment a warm meal, a safe place to stay temporarily,
17:56and help re-acclimate them back into the workforce?
17:59I don't know.
18:01Is that too much to ask for?
18:03Absolutely.
18:04We all agree.
18:05We are a benevolent society, and I couldn't agree more.
18:07We want to get people help.
18:09That's what we do.
18:10But there's many layers to this system.
18:12We don't have beds.
18:13A system in our clinicians is not to take someone off the street, give them a pill, to your point,
18:19and put them back on the street and say, have a nice day.
18:22That's not a process.
18:23You know, Eric Adams was talking for years about codifying in law or process.
18:28What's everyone's responsibility here?
18:30Hold their feet to the fire.
18:32The NYPD's is one piece of it.
18:34Clinicians, homeless services, hospitals, state government, city council.
18:39Let's fix this.
18:40But in the meantime, just don't come in January 1st.
18:45It's not going to fix a thing.
18:47And I'll tell you what's going to happen.
18:48They're going to be out on the street.
18:49They're going to be defecating in public, urinating in public, shooting up in public.
18:53And they take over entire areas of cities when they go back to this dumb idea that has been tried and failed over and over.

20:00After the protesters were removed from the hotel, they held up signs outside that said,

20:09The Metropolitan Police said in a statement that no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

23:02On this Native American Heritage Day, I hold both gratitude and truth.

23:12Bringing it here holds a complexity that indigenous people, tribal peoples feel deeply.

23:21You know, there's a lot of genocides going on in Sudan, Congo, Yemen, Lebanon, you know,
23:26Haiti, all the oppressed people around the globe.
23:29You know, we're all here together.
23:31And so I felt like this is a perfect time to put them up there and for your guys' prayers
23:36for every single one of the Palestinians, all the oppressed peoples around the globe.
