00:00Take me out for some hot dogs.
00:04All right, back in Chicagoland, you know.
00:09The suburbs of Chicago have some of the best, most long-lasting hot dog places you can imagine.
00:16But this is one I haven't hit yet.
00:18Kind of like a little bit of an industrial area called Countryside.
00:23We have Little Joe's.
00:25And they've been here since 1969.
00:28We're going to see if Little Joe's is a Bonanza.
00:33Or is it going to last if you want me more?
00:37Let's check it out.
00:58All right, well, here we are at Little Joe's.
01:04Nice steam bunch.
01:05It doesn't have the poppy seeds that are usual in Chicago, but you know, those could be hit
01:12or miss to me.
01:13What I do like is the coloring for this hot dog.
01:15And the bundle door ratio is solid.
01:17So let's see how this actually tastes.
01:27That's an excellent snap.
01:33I'm going to give this hot dog a triple.
01:35All right, now here's the chili dog.
01:42Now, you see why we do this?
01:44It's because mustard, ketchup, they can be the same everywhere.
01:48But chili is unique and is different in almost every place.
01:53You know how some people use the canned chili, some people have their own chili.
01:55So we have to see how the chili actually tastes.
01:58So here's the chili dog.
02:00Let's see how that tastes.
02:20That's a little liquid cheese, too.
02:21You know, this is almost, this is in everything you want in a chili sauce.
02:31An excellent chili, an excellent hot dog with the good liquid cheese.
02:36We're going to have this back-to-back triples.
02:41And they give you fries, so.
02:43Of course, I'm only going to eat one fry, you know.
02:46The fries are sometimes getting, you know.
02:50But let's see how the fry actually tastes.
02:51I can't do this.
03:03Because it's a score, but it's a number that's just annoying me right now.
03:10Yeah.
03:12I'm going to give the fry a 6.7.
03:16Yeah, that's for the kids out there.
03:18You know, it's places like this that really, they call doggy work.
03:27Nice, friendly, friendly people here, serving up great hot dogs.
03:33You know, if there's another place I should go, let me know.
03:36You should never know where on the show.
03:37So keep raw doggy, and we'll see you down the road.
03:39Dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun.
03:44Dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun.
03:46Dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun-dun.
03:51Take me out for some hot dogs.
03:55Get me one that's only plain.
03:59No mustard or ketchup.
04:01I'll know what the dog is really about.
04:05And it's hope that this is a good one
04:09Maybe a home one or a double
04:11But if it sucks, it will be a strikeout
04:15And not worthy of my taste buds
04:35Thank you
