At Santiago 1 prison, one of Chile's largest, a man placed drugs in containers and threw them over the prison walls for his addicted cousin to use.
Plainclothes detectives approached, drew their weapons, and arrested the man and his accomplice. They will be placed in prison to join their cousin.
