00:55I would like to highlight two flagship initiatives launched in my first year in office.
01:00First, the program to eliminate hunger and poverty in Paraguay children.
01:04Zero hunger in our school.
01:06Paraguay is making one of the most radical budget commitments in its history
01:10by expanding this program to reach 100% of the country's district.
01:14Second, we want to attack the other roof of poverty, the absence of decent housing.
01:19The Xero Gaponá program, or My Beautiful House in my native Guarani language,
01:25enables working-class citizens to access their first home.
01:28We are thus addressing, with an intelligence program devised it,
01:33the historic housing deficit in my country.
01:35Additionally, we are supporting 200,000 vulnerable families with conditional cash trumpers,
01:41including 82% of the entire Paraguayan indigenous population.
01:46We are also providing a monthly pension to 70% of our early elderly population,
01:52and we are aiming to cover 100% of the elderly population in the next three years.
