00:00The Allianess's return to Wembley marked another reminder of just how far England's women team
00:07has come on and off the pitch. Emphatic victory over China, eliminated by a superb Georgia
00:13Stanway hat-trick in a wave of confident, expressive attacking football, reflected a
00:18side playing with freedom, maturity and deep connection with their supporters.
00:24What once felt like occasional milestones are now becoming the norm.
00:28Pack Stadium's expectations built on excellence and the sense of national pride that continues
00:34to grow with every outing.
00:36It has been an incredible year again with, of course, the journey, well, the season started
00:43last year around this time, of course, with the team getting prepared for the Euros and
00:49I think the camps we had from February towards the Euros was great and I think the tournament
00:55itself, I said a couple of times, it was an incredible tournament again. On the pitch,
00:59I still feel like it was insane how the games developed, but off the pitch it was really calm
01:05and I think I enjoyed it more than I did of the other tournaments before, so I'm not sure
01:10that the experience or just the team was also so calm and composed, so I really enjoyed that
01:16and I like now the homecoming too, having these four friendlies.
01:21At the heart of this sustained success is head coach Serena Weigman, whose calm authority and
01:26clear tactical identity have shaped England into one of the world's most consistent and resilient teams.
01:32Her influence stretches beyond results. She has built a culture that empowers players to thrive,
01:39challenges themselves and embrace pressure as a privilege. Inge's landmark victories and evolving
01:45playing styles speak to her long-term vision, one that continues to inspire young players across the country.
01:51Yeah, well there's of course time flies, but we all know that it's until 27. We haven't had like really
02:01clear conversations, sometimes it crosses conversations really like not really in content.
02:08But I'm always like, you know, 27 is coming. We have, I'm still really enjoying the job.
02:14I think the team is still enjoying that I'm around. I think that's really, really important too.
02:19And let's see what the future will bring.
02:22Among those rising talents is Aggie Beaver-Jones, a forward whose fearlessness
02:26and sharp instincts embody the next wave of Lionesses.
02:30Her emergence reflects the depth now embedded in the national set-up,
02:34players stepping in, stepping up and carrying forward the standards set by generations before them.
02:40Playing for England is one of the greatest honours and every time I get the opportunity,
02:45I want to show people what I can do, give Serena the right kind of headaches.
02:49But yeah, every single player wants to play for England and whenever we get the opportunity,
02:53it's about taking it. And I think it just shows the calibre of players that we have,
02:57that every single player is a world-class player and ready to perform whenever they put an England shirt on.
03:02Yeah, I think when I first came in, I was obviously, you're kind of the new ones,
03:06you are a little bit nervous and you want to impress and do what you can.
03:10But yeah, I mean, I've loved my time in the set-up so far and yeah, hopefully I've showed a few people what I can do.
03:16And obviously I've had some great moments equally and hopefully I'm looking to build on that.
03:21But yeah, I still see myself as a young player and I look at the players we have and I see so much class around me
03:27and it's kind of just the environment I want to be in.
03:30I look at Alessia, who's obviously for me one of the best strikers in the world
03:33and she's such great competition to have.
03:35And yeah, I feel extremely lucky and equally I can come into training and feel like I can hold myself and push, push
03:41and yeah, try to get as much game time and show people what I can do.
03:44But yeah, I just love being here, to be fair, and playing for England. It's the greatest honour.
03:50So the programme and the things like daily things, routines are similar.
03:56So it's not totally new, so it's easier for them to come into this environment.
04:01And I think it has to do with the group too, that of course it's very, they're high standards
04:06and they have to cope with these standards, so they have to step up and show the levels.
04:10But off the pitch and also on the pitch, I think we have a team that really, really welcome players
04:18and trying to make them feel comfortable while you know on the pitch is uncomfortable anyway
04:22because it's a big competition going on.
04:26Across every stadium they visit, the support remains unwavering
04:30and as England continue to set new benchmarks, their journey serves as a testament
04:35to what belief, leadership and unity can build. A legacy still growing with no sign of slowing down.
04:44So, thank you for having the opportunity.
04:45It won't be a few people, it's the most petrol and good he was.
04:47Thank you for pushing your ability andights, everyone.
04:49Thank you, everyone.
