00:08Last week, four members of the House of Representatives dodged the live-streaming of their hearings by invoking a closed-door executive session.

00:15The first to break that pattern is Laguna 4th District Representative Benji Agarrao, whose hearing was live-streamed.

00:22Top Flood Control contractors Sara and Curly Diskaya claimed that Agarrao extorted money from them, which the lawmaker denies.

00:28In one exchange, Reyes asked Agarrao if he would be willing to surrender his phone records to the commission for investigation.

00:36Agarrao quickly refused, saying his wife might get mad.

00:39He explains that he uses two phones, one for work and another for personal matters.
