12:57we have got so much to unpack,

13:09I think I just clocked a lot of dishonesty
13:12and conversation that was had behind my back and it actually really hurt me.
13:18I think the message that I left in the diary room was something that wasn't easy for me to say.
13:30I had held back from hearing so many things that weren't necessarily kind or that I agreed with,
13:40both in challenges and for all of you that have watched the show from the start
13:45and many of you who follow along on the live stream,
13:49I don't think I need to add much fuel to this,
13:52other than you've all heard the comments.
13:54I have now spent some time on the outside world and had access to the clips.
14:00Some of the things were actually rather vulgar and really disappointed me.
14:06So to re-watch that,
14:08I do understand that those words come with,
14:11you know,
14:12what it comes with.
14:13However,
14:14to hear what she said,
14:17someone that's also the same age as me,
14:19that hurts a lot.
14:22So,
14:23you know,
14:24it was a constant back and forth between being my friend and talking to other people,
14:31you know,
14:32about me behind my back.
14:33Well,
14:34you did,
14:34in that,
14:35we have heard Coco say to you as well that you're a bit self-absorbed.

14:42or do you feel like you tried with Coco?

14:46with everybody to the best of my ability
14:48and that's something that this show has taught me,
14:51to really take a step back
14:53and sort of look at things from a different angle.
14:57And I've had to do a lot of self-reflecting
14:59with this whole experience
15:01and what I've learned in these last three weeks,
15:05I'm going to take forward with me for the rest of my life
15:08and to be 31
15:09and to learn this
15:10on such a public stage
15:13hasn't been an easy thing.
15:15And I know that people had their preconceptions of me
15:19and narratives were spun
15:21through and through again.
15:23When I wasn't in the room,
15:25a lot of the time,
15:26I didn't get the chance to even speak my truth.
15:28Yeah.
15:28And that's something that was hard
15:31and I'm not really the best with my words sometimes,
15:34as you guys all know.
15:37The whole experience is wild.
15:40It's intense.
15:41From the moment you walk in
15:43to the moment you leave.
15:44when you,
15:45I mean,
15:45you said that you've learned so much about yourself.
15:47Can you give us an insight
15:48into what it is that you've learned?

15:51Maybe not talk so much.
15:53That's actually something that I do when I'm nervous.

15:56When I'm trying to sort of actually let people in.
15:59I was very early on accused
16:02of having my guard up too much
16:04and not opening up to the other housemates.
16:07So I tried to open compensate with that.
16:10So then it came across
16:12that I was just constantly talking.
16:14But that was never my intention.

16:16So I'm glad that as the weeks progressed,
16:19people were able to see that.
16:21And,
16:21you know,
16:22honestly,
16:22reading all the beautiful messages
16:24and comments that I've received online,
16:26thank you guys so much
16:27because it means so much to me
16:29that you've all taken the time
16:31to really,
16:32you know,
16:33make that clear to me.
16:34But yeah,
16:36it's been a huge amount of growth in three weeks.
16:38Like what feels like,
16:40you know,
16:41one day in the Big Brother house.

16:45It feels like a week in real time.
16:47It's like a dog years.

16:49And no one's perfect.
16:51We all make mistakes.

17:59say the things I wanted to say because it was such an emotional evening.

18:12because it's going to get really tough in there.
