00:04And that, in that context, I want to read a verse in Psalm 68.

00:10Verse 19 tells us,

00:14Blessed be the Lord, who daily fills us with benefits, the God of our salvation.

00:23Listen carefully to what he tells us,

00:25Blessed be the Lord, who daily fills us with benefits, the God of our salvation.

00:34Brother, every day God, life with God, brings us benefits.

00:42If God benefits someone who doesn't love him, he can ask you how.

00:47If Scripture teaches us that God sets his sun, sets his rain,

00:52Even for their enemies, these are benefits, aren't they?

00:57It's all good, rain is good.

01:00How much more so for us who are believers?

01:03And that Psalm, Psalm 68, is a praise to God for his faithfulness,

01:09for the protection, for the love of God, throughout history, with the King.

01:14Every day God gives us blessings.

01:19In the presence of God, walking with God, there are only benefits.

01:25And you might ask, but many times I go there as a hobby, because of problems,

01:30There are problems that happen to me in my life, there is adversity, there is suffering.

01:34What benefits can I expect?

01:36Brothers, if you are a child of God, everything that happens in your life is for your life.

01:41And that's a benefit.

01:44And its end is eternal life, and that it be made in the image of Christ.

01:50God arranges everything to bring benefits to your life.

01:55If you are a believer, and you love Jesus Christ, and you love God,

01:59Everything that happens to you in your life is beneficial.

02:03And one day you will see it.

02:04Look, I'm going to read you a verse from Romans, Romans 8:28.

02:08What does Romans 8, verse 28 tell us?

02:14And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him.

02:21That is, those whom he will call according to his purpose.

02:26And that word is faithful, brother, it is true, it is the word of God.

02:30He tells us, and we know, that for those who love God, all things work together for good.

02:37To those whom God loves.

02:38Brother, a true, genuine believer loves God.

02:42He does not love him perfectly in his work, because he still struggles with sin.

02:49But she loves him sincerely.

02:52Every believer, every child of God, loves God.

02:56And for all who love God, everything that happens in their lives is for their good.

03:03Everything that dies around us, God arranges it, He arranges it for our good.

03:08Do you think that's the case?

03:10Every day God brings us blessings in our lives.

03:14And that's how we have to see it.

03:15God blesses us.

03:18God, our God, says that we are heirs of blessing.

03:22And we are channels of blessing to bless others.

03:24We are blessed in Christ Jesus.

03:27Is that how we see it?

03:29Do we see ourselves as blessed in Christ?

03:31Do we benefit in Christ?

03:34Or how do we see ourselves in Christ?

03:37What is our position in Christ?

03:40Realizing that this is what Scripture tells us about us as children of God.

03:44And that's nothing to be proud of.

03:46That's because of God's love, not because we've done anything good.

03:50It is because of His mercy and His love.

03:53But it is a reality that every person who is in Christ, Jesus, is blessed.

03:59She is blessed.

04:00Everything that happens to him in life is for his own good.

04:04So, brother, sister, today God blessed you and brought many benefits into your life.

04:11See it this way, because that's what the word of God says.

04:14And that word is truth.

04:16It is the absolute truth.

04:17So, trust in the Lord.

04:19Don't look back.

04:22And everything that happens to you in life, take that text and look at it.

04:27It's for your own good, brother.

04:28It's for your own good.

04:29Because you know, Lord, everything you need.

04:32God knows us, He knows our whole heart.

04:37And he knows exactly what we need.

04:41We often don't know it, but the Lord knows.

04:44The Lord knows how to deal with us to transform us.

04:48We cannot transform ourselves.

04:51But He can do it.

04:53So, I want you to be very clear about that.

04:56That in life with God, walking with God is a life of benefits until the end.

05:02And as the end of it all, it is the crown of life, eternal life.

05:07Eternal life that is in Christ Jesus.

05:10Lord, we give you thanks this afternoon, Lord.

05:13Help us, Lord, to understand that we are blessed in your name, Lord.

05:17We are blessed, Lord, because we love you, Lord.

05:21Because you gave your Son for us, Lord.

05:25Because you enlightened our minds and pulled us out of the shit.

05:28We are in the light, Lord.

05:30That is a great blessing in our lives, Lord.

05:33Glory to your holy name, Lord.

05:35Oh Lord, bless every heart and soul that is here, Lord.

05:39And bless your offering, the word, Lord, the praise.

05:42And everything we do here, in the name of your Son.

05:46Amen.
