Honest and dedicated police commissioner Awadesh Pratap Singh lives a middle class lifestyle in Bombay with his family consisting of wife Shushma, daughter Anu and a son who is also a police inspector Abhay. When Abhay is posted as a security guard at wealthy and influential Mahendra Pratap Rana bungalow he gets to learn that Rana have links with terrorists who have plans to destroy India. But when Abhay informs his seniors about this he is misunderstood and made to remain silent even to his own dad refuses to accept his son's word. But Abhay remains determined to take a path that might be detrimental to him and his family.
