00:06Here are five beloved TV shows that ended in 2022.

00:20First up, we have NBC's adored family drama, This Is Us.

00:24The series' journey, which captured hearts around the country through its depiction of the Pearson family,

00:29through past, present, and future storylines, has come to an end after six seasons,

00:34showcasing the final days of the family matriarch, Rebecca.

00:37As for where the big three are now, Kate reveals that she's opening music schools for the blind,

00:42Kevin and Sophie ultimately end up becoming Endgame,

00:45and Randall's making big moves with his political career.

00:48With the three honoring their mother and contemplating the next steps in their lives,

00:51it was a full-circle moment for the show.

00:54Then we have ABC's beloved family sitcom, Black-ish.

01:06After eight seasons on ABC, Black-ish said goodbye in April,

01:09with a series finale that showed the family headed in different directions.

01:13Dre and Rainbow leaving their Sherman Oaks home,

01:15Pops and Ruby are about to hit the open road on a country-wide road trip,

01:19and twins Diane and Jack are preparing for college.

01:22The Johnsons also go out in style with a jazz funeral-turned-celebration for their home

01:27as they move out of the neighborhood.

01:33Over on Netflix, the fan-favorite Ozark came to an end with its fourth season.

01:37The series followed Marty Byrd, played by Jason Bateman,

01:40a financial advisor who gets caught up in a money-laundering scheme gone wrong,

01:44and moves his family to the Ozarks and ends up making amends with the cartel

01:48by setting up a larger operation.

01:51The final season was broken up into two parts,

01:53and the fate of the Byrd family's future finally played out.

01:56In the divisive final episodes, the Byrds finally get the out they've long been looking for,

02:00but it came at a cost.

02:01After Ruth shoots Omar Navarro's nephew, Javier,

02:04the Byrds don't intervene as Camilla, the new cartel boss,

02:07and Javier's mother devastatingly kills Ruth in the final moments of the series.

02:22To the devastation of fans, The Walking Dead also came to an end this year.

02:27After 11 seasons and a decade on the air,

02:29the zombie apocalypse series concluded with a finale that ended on a bloody yet hopeful note,

02:39However, fans don't have to fret too much.

03:17all three sides of the character played by Emmy-nominated actor Bob Odenkirk.

03:21And the audience was meant to wonder, as they were throughout the series,

03:24which alter ego was truest to the character's essence,

03:27and to ponder whether and how much the character was capable of change.
