00:04This is the American dream!
00:06Everything, Everywhere, All at Once won big,
00:08Kiwi Kwan gave an emotionally empowering speech,
00:11and we got a show-stopping performance of Natu Natu,
00:15where breaking down all the big moments from the 95th Academy Awards.
00:19Oscars host Jimmy Kimmel kicked off the night with his opening monologue,
00:22giving a shout-out to all the nominees of the night,
00:25and couldn't resist a roast or two along the way.
00:27Two actors from Encino Man are nominated for Oscars.
00:33Kimmel even called out the elephant in the room,
00:35addressing last year's infamous moment when Will Smith slapped Chris Rock on stage.
00:40If anyone in this theater commits an act of violence at any point during the show,
00:45you will be awarded the Oscar for Best Actor,
00:48and permitted to give a 19-minute long speech.
00:54The host also had a warning for all the upcoming winners of the night,
00:58should their speeches run too long.
01:00We have a group of performers from the movie RRR who are going to dance you offstage.
01:07Early winners went to Everything, Everywhere, All at Once,
01:10with Jamie Lee Curtis for Best Supporting Actress.
01:12I just won an Oscar!
01:13And Ki-Hui Kwan, who earned a well-deserved standing ovation for Best Supporting Actor.

01:24To all of you out there, please keep your dreams alive!
01:28Performances of the night included a show-stopping performance of Natu Natu from RRR,
01:33who took home the Oscar for Best Original Song.
01:36Elsewhere, Diane Warren and Sophia Carson gave a moving performance of applause from Tell It Like a Woman,
01:47David Byrne, Stephanie Hsu, and Sun Lux performing This Is A Life from Everything, Everywhere, All at Once,
01:52Lady Gaga emotionally singing Hold My Hand from Top Gun Maverick,
01:56And of course, Rihanna performing her nominated song,
02:05Lift Me Up from Black Panther, Wakanda Forever.
02:13Other highlights included a number of appearances from Animals,
02:17with Jimmy Kimmel bringing out a surprising star from the Banshees of Innis Sheeran.
02:21This is Jenny, she is one of the stars of Banshees of Innis Sheeran.
02:26And an appearance from Cocaine Bear.
02:28Without visual effects, this is what the bear would look like.
02:33Elsewhere, Lenny Kravitz performed this year's In Memoria.
02:41As for the big wins, Daniel Kwan and Daniel Shiner took home Best Directors for Everything, Everywhere, All at Once.
02:48I know every director agrees with me when I say a director is nothing without their incredible cast and crew.
02:52This is my family, my friends.
02:54Brendan Fraser won for Best Actor for The Whale.
02:58Oh my goodness, I thank the Academy for this honor.
03:03And Michelle Yeoh made history as the first Asian woman to win the Best Actress Oscar for Everything, Everywhere, All at Once.
03:11This is a beacon of hope and possibilities.
03:15This is proof that dreams dream big.
03:19And finally, no surprise here, given their track record for the night,
03:23Everything, Everywhere, All at Once took home the top honors for Best Picture.
