06:02We had three Ukrainian girls that were living with us last year for a couple of months.

06:11And then Eileen actually looks after the Active Retirement Group, and they actually had a priest in doing mass a couple of days later.
06:17And I remember the Ukrainians were like, this is such a strange building.
06:21We try and kind of cater for, you know, something for everyone in the community.
06:27It's a small building, but we just lean into the uniqueness of it, you know.
06:31It isn't a walk in the park.
06:32It's not an easy thing to do, but it's very rich and rewarding.
06:36It's a place that artists have been coming for a very long time, so, I mean, I just feel like the ladder holder really just to, like, keep it in place.
06:43But inevitably, it's nothing without the community, without the audience, the people that come, and the artists that kind of, like, bring, you know, their character to the room.
