06:18The minimum distance of the centre of the cyclone from north Tamil Nadu Pudicherry coast is about 70 km.
06:25It is very likely to move nearly northwards parallel to north Tamil Nadu Pudicherry coast during next 24 hours.
06:32While moving northwards, the cyclonic storm will be centred over southwest bay of Bengal within a minimum distance of 60 km by today afternoon and 30 km by today evening from the Tamil Nadu Pudicherry coast.

06:57Under the influence of the system, rainfall, light to moderate, were most likely at the most places over south coastal districts on first day and at many places on second day.
