31:31This thought had come to a lot of people's mind as soon as they heard Quinn say those words.
31:36The ones in the crowd, the leaders, and so on.
31:39He was nothing but a vampire noble, but they had to admit, he was a strangely powerful one.
31:46But most of his strength could be explained away by the fact that he was a punisher.
31:51If he was a punisher under the guidance of Arthur that they had just seen, then maybe a lot of them
31:56would have understood.
31:57But Quinn specifically said he wasn't a punisher.
32:01Arthur who was standing by his side was even more intrigued.

32:47think you can just lie your way out of this, and save your friends, then think again.

32:56The other leaders too felt like it was a bit far-fetched, even the ones that were on
33:01the Punisher's side, but then Mooka thought about something, the tenth tower.
33:05For a brief second the first time in years it had lit up.
33:09Indicating the leader had returned.
33:12Just as Mooka had this thought, Edward was there to confirm it.
33:16That boy speaks the truth.
33:19He said barely lifting himself up on one knee.
33:22Vincent had passed down the tenth seat to that boy.
33:25You know how crazy he was, he would be crazy enough to do something like this.
33:31You remember when the tower lit up not too long ago.
33:35It was reacting to the boy's presence.
33:37If someone else had made these claims, they would perhaps think they were lying or on the
33:42Punisher boy's side for some reason, but the fact it had come from Edward had made it
33:46seem more trustworthy.
33:48Edward was completely loyal to the tenth seat, he always had been.
33:52Many of the leaders there had tried to get him to come over to their side, but he would
33:56always refuse.
33:58To them in the first place, it didn't make much sense for him to stick his neck out to
34:02save Lee's son, Fex.
34:05Now, if the boy had some type of relation with Fex, and really was the tenth leader, Edward's
34:10involvement matched the circumstances.
34:12It was simple, Edward would not follow anything unless it was an order from Vincent.

34:20He certainly would have done something like this.
34:23The king mumbled to himself.
34:26Wait, you're not actually believing them, are you?
34:29Jill complained.
34:31He even brought humans to this establishment.
34:33And what about the direct descendants that were killed?
34:38Should we just forget that it was most likely that Punisher boy right there as well?
34:42Quinn had a feeling that his earlier actions could have quite possibly sabotaged him in the
34:47future, and it seemed like it was doing so now.
34:51Although it wasn't really him who had killed them but the Boneclaw.
34:54This matter seems to be more complicated than I first thought.
34:58The king said.
35:00I think it's best if we first deal with all the injured and the blood dome.
35:05The vampires have witnessed enough and everyone is tired, I'm sure.
35:09After that, the first call of action will be to test if what this boy says is true or not,
35:15and there are more ways than one to see if he really is the tenth leader like he says he is.
35:20Based on that, we will then move forward and give everyone that was involved in this affair
35:25an appropriate punishment.
35:26The king had a rational thought.
35:30Before they should make a decision, they needed to get all the facts straight first.
35:35The blood dome was taken down, and the people were free to go, but many of them before leaving
35:40stayed for a moment.
35:42The smell had attracted them.
35:44Both Logan, Aaron and Vorden were still bleeding slightly and the smell was attracting their nose.

36:18Arthur replied gathering all of Quinn's friends, they stood next to Arthur.
36:23Vorden was able to place Vorden over his shoulder in a lying down position on his belly.
36:29He was still sleeping peacefully away even with all the movement.
36:32While the others each held on to each other, with two people holding on to Arthur.
36:38But they weren't the only ones that were going with them, for Silver and Fex had joined the group as well.
36:44Are you going to let the criminals go as well?
36:47Bryce asked, looking at the king for answers.
36:50Bryce, you don't understand.
36:53Now that the punisher has returned, then the decision and trial would go over to them in the first place.
36:58The king replied.
37:01All of them holding on tightly, Arthur's shadow dropped to the floor covering the area the group was in.
37:07Shadow travel.
37:09Activating his skills, they all started to sink into the shadows, until they were no longer seen, but the pool of shadow was still there.
37:17Suddenly, it started to move away, going through and past everything, with its destination in sight.
37:24The 14th castle.
37:25So, the king is still treating them just like before.
37:29Does he not even remember why we had the war in the first place?
37:34This fool.
37:35When I become king.
37:37I will change all of this.
37:40Bryce said, clenching his fist so hard, that the wooden part of his cane he was holding in his hand, broke.
37:46Traveling at a fast speed, the group had no clue what was going on outside.
37:51To them they were in a black space, where they could feel acceleration, but at the same time, could see nothing.
37:58What Quinn was happy about though, was seeing a bunch of shadow skills he had yet to unlock.
38:03If he saw more, it would give him a good idea of which ones to unlock first.
38:08With shadow travel, they were practically able to go through anything traveling only on the floor.
38:13They could go direct, the shortest and fastest way to the castle.
38:19Eventually, they had finally arrived, and the group stopped.
38:23Each one of them popped up out of the shadow and could see the large castle in front of them.
38:29Compared to the others, and the tents, it looked a lot more menacing and it was larger too,
38:34but just like the tents, there was no upkeep of the castle and there was no light source either.
38:38But it was larger than the others, only a little bit smaller than the king's castle.
38:44Just like the others, Arthur went to the door, and started to spin the circular lock, putting in the combination.
38:51A clicking sound was heard and the door started to open.
38:55He soon stepped in and Quinn thought the lights would turn on, just like it had done with him but there was no such thing.
39:01Is he not the leader of this castle?
39:04Quinn thought.
39:05Based on his strength, I was sure he was the leader of the Punisher's 14th family.
39:11System do you know who he is?
39:13I do, but during my time he had gone into eternal slumber.
39:18Never to be woken up unless needed.
39:20Then shortly after something had happened, but I had left before this and only heard about what had happened.
39:26So I have no clue why the 14th castle is empty either.
39:31Only that it is.
39:32Walking in Logan had passed something to the humans of a group, a small light source to be used.
39:39It was a little crystal that allowed for a warm glow to surround them.
39:43As for the vampires, this was not needed, they could see everything fine.
39:48Do you need one Leo?
39:50Peter asked as he was going around.
39:53Did you forget?
39:55Leo replied.
39:56Oh right, you're a vampire now, sorry.
40:01But Leo continued to shake his head in disbelief.
40:04Even though he was a vampire, even before he could not use the light source to see anyway.
40:10Walking around they could see large paintings of vampires wearing the same red and black armor.
40:16Some of them looked identical to the one Arthur wore.
40:18While others were a bit more fancier in design.
40:23The castle was so large, it was impossible for it all to be used for one person, and the paintings on the walls often showed many punishers.
40:31While following Arthur around they were mostly quiet, but Quinn's curiosity had gotten to him this time.
40:38Having this shadow power, he felt like he needed to know more about it.
40:42But Fex had beaten him to the punch.
40:45What happened to the punishers?
40:48Fex asked.
40:49The adults, they never told us much, but if you were so strong and the rule upholders.
40:55Why did you leave?
40:57I suppose while I walk around, I can tell you my story.
41:01Arthur replied.

41:10Although Fex had asked a question towards Arthur, he was continuously glancing towards Quinn as he walked behind him.
41:18The reason for this?
41:19It was because both he and Silver couldn't believe what they had just heard on the field.
41:25During the tour, the two of them were walking towards the back, discussing amongst themselves.
41:30The others continued to look at the strange objects placed around while the two of them would have their own discussion.
41:37I guess this just delays the inevitable then, Fex said in a depressed monotone voice, but he wouldn't let it keep him down as his sad face had soon turned into a smile.
41:47After all, he was with his friends right now, and just moments ago he thought he would never see them again.
41:54Being sad at a time like this would just offend all of their hard work.
41:57Don't lose hope brother, we have come this far, and maybe there is some truth towards what Quinn says.
42:05Silver replied.
42:06You really believe he's the 10th leader?
42:09It makes no sense.
42:11He was a vampire that was on the human world, and when I met him he was nothing but a regular vampire.
42:18How, and why would he be the leader?
42:20It would be more understandable if what he set out on the field was just to buy time.
42:25But I've decided.
42:26I should just accept my punishment.
42:30So far I have been lucky, you, father, and everyone else here who came to get me hasn't been hurt yet.
42:37But there has already been blood spilt because of me, and it could get worse if this continues.
42:42The group continued to walk onward, while Arthur was bringing them along to the main lounge room.
42:48Before he told his story, he wanted everyone to sit down and relax.
42:52While walking, Silver continuously looked at Quinn as well, and then towards Layla, Peter, and Leo.
43:00She knew that Leo was a human before, and now the sudden change to a vampire.
43:06How and when and who could have possibly turned him?
43:08These thoughts were going through her head as she thought about this.
43:13Did he create all three of them, but how would he have the power to do something like that?
43:18And then a major thought had come to her head.
43:21What if everything Quinn had said out on the field was actually true?
43:24After all there was one thing that they did know, that the tenth leader had left his castle to go somewhere else.
43:32No one knew where but what if he had remained on earth at the time when the vampire settlement had moved.
43:38Only time would tell, but she too was also interested in finding out what had happened to the punishers.
43:44Perhaps it would explain why someone had gone so far to try to extract extra information from her brother.
43:50They had entered a quite large room, with a bookshelf on either side and a large glass-pained window at the back.
43:57There was a desk that faced the opposite way, looking at the door, and in front of it were two sofas and a desk.
44:04Everyone sat down on the two sofas, while Arthur went looking around for something.
44:09He pulled a certain book and a secret compartment had been opened.
44:13The others were intrigued to see what it would be, but then were a little disappointed when it just looked like some form of drink.
44:20He poured the drink into his own glass and sat down at his table, before taking a sip.
44:26This helps me bring back memories, it still tastes the same as it did back then.
44:31Back when this all started.
44:34Arthur said.
44:35Since there are a lot of you here that are human, or just turned vampires,
44:39it would make sense for me to start from the beginning, and then maybe you will understand how things came to be.
44:45A quick question for the two, I guess I should say the regular vampires here, do you know what the vampire code is?
44:52Arthur asked.
44:54The vampire code, a set of rules that were established by the firsts a long time ago.
45:00Silver replied.
45:01Correct.

45:05Although I am quite old, I'm not that old, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
45:11In the past, there weren't many vampires.
45:14To be exact, there were 13 first vampires in total.
45:19Sound familiar?
45:19These were the ones who created the code, as for why, the reason is unknown.
45:26Perhaps the first vampires had fallen in love with the humans, maybe they pitted them, or they knew they needed them as a food source.
45:34Or something else entirely different.
45:37It could have even been because there were so few of them.
45:40After all, even with a vampire's strength against the humans at the time, they were outnumbered and there was a chance they could have died.
45:47But because of all this, they decided to make the vampire code.
45:52These were a set of rules that were established between them from the beginning.
45:57They had decided what to set together based on the troubles they had each been through so far.
46:02An example of one of them would be to never fall in love with a human.
46:06Of course, these rules have been adjusted with time, but this is rumored to how the current council and 13 families came to be in the first place.
46:14But you see, there was a major problem in all of this.
46:19The 13 vampires were all friends of each other.
46:23They didn't always agree, and what would happen if one of them were to break these rules?
46:28Not only that, just because they had agreed to follow the rules, why would their followers do such a thing?
46:34The people they had turned and called their family.
46:36Some family members grew mad with power and wanted to lash out, some felt like being superior beings they should have taken over the human race.
46:46Sadly though, all these thoughts that they could see that their people had felt, they had once felt the same way.
46:52They were old and had already been through what they had been through.
46:56People learned from their mistakes and it was their job to pass it on to the others.
47:00As disagreements continued between the 13, a choice was made and this was how the first vampire king had been elected to their seat.
47:09They needed control and order as their population grew in a certain direction.
47:14Sometimes more heads are better than one, but a leader is sometimes needed at the helm.
47:20And if one of the 13 were to break the rules, then he would be the decider of their punishment.
47:25Some time had passed and things were looking quite good.
47:28That was until the king himself had broken one of the rules of the vampire code.
47:34What rule he broke we do not know.
47:37But, what we do know was there were some vampires that chose to side with the king and some that chose not to.
47:44This was the start of the first vampire civil war and in the end.
47:48The first vampire king was killed.
47:51One of the first vampires, gone forever.
47:55The group was saddened and devastated by this.
47:57When the first vampires had come together, they never thought they would need to do something like this.
48:03As Arthur was telling his story, the others were glued in, listening to everything.
48:09It was interesting learning about the past, and even for Silver and Fex, this was something they had never heard before.
48:15Wait, did you say first civil war, how is that possible?
48:20Silver asked.
48:22She had heard of the civil war between the vampires, but first.
48:27You know, history is a funny thing.
48:30We learn it and teach it to others, so we can learn from our mistakes.
48:34So we don't repeat our past actions.
48:36Yet for some reason the vampires have chosen not to pass on this information.
48:42Which makes the saying even more true that history has a way of repeating itself, and that very thing had happened.
48:49Many.
48:50Many years ago, the first vampires had taken a break from each other for a little while after the incident with the first king.
48:57They continued to look after their families apart and away without the vampires interacting with each other.
49:04Some had hoped it would have led to a better life when they were apart, but it hadn't worked that way at all.
49:10At this point in time, humans knew of the existence of vampires.
49:14They didn't exactly know the truth, but they hunted such things referring to them as demons.
49:20There still weren't many of them and spread thin like this, they were weak.
49:24Being killed off one by one.
49:28Then they realized there was another problem that would occur.
49:32Vampires made families, but the same family could not harm each other.
49:36This led there to being no discipline within the families.
49:40Or at least made it hard to do so.
49:43To control the vampires, they needed each other.
49:47The first vampires had met up once again, and they wished to revitalize the old ways.
49:52At this point in time, there were no fancy castles or housing for each other.
49:58They had simply met up in a cave together.
50:01So you suggest we go back to our old ways?
50:04I agree life used to be better that way.
50:07One of the first spoke.
50:09And what if the same thing was to happen again?
50:12I can't go through hurting one of you, I can't do that again.
50:16Another spoke.
50:17But we must, I believe you are all facing the same problems with your families as I am
50:23doing mine.
50:24I know I am not a first like yours, but for the sake of my old leader.
50:29I would like to continue to pass on his bloodline, but at this rate, the humans will learn more
50:34about us and we will all be killed.
50:36Then I have a suggestion to make to all of you.
50:40How about we throw a third party into all of this?
50:43A neutral camp who does not know us to uphold the rules.
50:47Another suggested.
50:49You can't be thinking of asking a human.
50:52Could you?
50:54Through my experiments and research, I have found a way.
50:58A way to turn a human into one of us, just like how we the first were turned.
51:02One of the first said.
51:04And it wouldn't just be any human, but my suggestion would make it so the humans would
51:09forget about us, to stop chasing us.
