00:07Bowen Yang brought the Saturday Night Live house down once again on Weekend Update.

00:12The comic was trending on social media Sunday when he showed up in character as an Oompa Loompa,

00:16initially there to talk about Timothee Chalamet's new Willy Wonka

00:20and the unsafe working conditions at his chocolate factory.

00:23But the conversation quickly took a turn when Colin Jost introduced him as a proud gay Oompa Loompa.

00:28Colin, how did you just introduce me?

00:31As a proud gay Oompa Loompa.

00:33Oh my god.

00:34Oh my god, I'm sorry, is that not correct?

00:36No, it's correct. You just, um, outed me on national television.

00:41Jost apologized for the confusion as Yang's character explained

00:44all he wanted to do was talk about an upcoming Oompa Loompa factory strike.

00:48Now I guess I gotta call my parents.

00:52He also noted that the news was going to be a rather uncomfortable conversation to have with his parents.
