Families of drug war victims react to ICC rejection of Duterte release bid  The International Criminal Court has rejected a request by former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte to be released from detention ahead of his trial on crimes against humanity during his war on drugs. The families of some of those who died in Duterte's campaign watch the hearing by video and erupt in cheers and applause when the decision was announced. 04:17that he will going to flow away and skip away, leave the Netherlands.
