30:08Well, it was. It was a dance that really suited her. She obviously looked like she was into it, enjoyed it. It was one that she was loving.

30:20She was very much in the middle of the road for me. I was giving her sevens week after week after week, and I didn't see that much improvement.
30:28And I noticed in this dance that she improved, you know, and it was really lovely to see.

38:09first time I get what you guys feel with dancing and how magical it can feel you
38:13are what we call a true diva I can't help but love you beautiful I just love you
38:21we need the rainbow we need you it's been amazing you were beaming throughout you're a
38:27born entertainer that has worked hard for every single inch of the success you
38:32can't have gotten you're a gift you are to me you really are I love you
38:46so many great moments you've been such a highlight this series oh my gosh thank you so that was
38:52beautiful to watch that back it really was this has been the most extraordinary experience of my
38:57entire life it really has what have you loved most if that's not too I loved most don't hate me but
39:03it's not been the dancing it's been just been welcomed on this show with the most amazing warmth from
39:10everyone from the the whole crew backstage the judges to the pros to the celebs to you two to
39:15everyone has been amazing I came into the show as a minority you know as a redhead and you know and you've just all
39:23embraced me wonderfully and I just I cannot thank you enough for just this most magical magical journey
39:29it's been amazing Aliash Lavoie has had us all in stitches since day one how much are you going to miss your training sessions together
39:38yeah Lavoie had everyone in stitches on a Saturday and Sunday night but I was in stitches seven days a week and
39:45you know we always say I've made a friend for life on Strictly but I've been lucky this year because I feel like I made two friends for life
39:53on Saturday and Sundays we all laughed with Lavoie but from Monday to Thursday and Friday I had the best time with Chris and
40:02um genuinely I haven't done a single crunch in the last four months but I got my six-pack back which is amazing
40:11you are like I I think you know who he described it the best actually I I wouldn't say it was my idea but
40:17Mozart said it the best we all need it I feel like the world needs more of you yeah and I think Strictly needed it and
40:25you made my life just a joy for the last
40:29weeks and I'm gonna miss going to rehearsals I'm gonna miss dancing with you I'm gonna miss creating with you and
40:35and you are so brilliant at what you do and it was
40:45Strictly is about partnerships and I feel like you both feel incredibly lucky that you got each other what
40:54would you like to say to any car just just so lucky I mean what you see on that dance floor is a fraction of
41:00the love and the passion and the heart that this man has for dance and his craft and you have made me
41:08carry on when I've questioned myself you've made me laugh through the toughest days and when I haven't
41:13thought I could do something you never gave up on me once not once and I'm gonna leave this experience
41:21braver happier and such a more confident person and that's because of you so thank you
41:31and you've formed such strong bonds with all of your fellow cast haven't you it's so sad to say goodbye
41:39no of course we have you know and I just think with me leaving unexpected this is not how I wanted my
41:44journey to end at least it gives someone else in this competition a chance to win now we love you
41:51lavoie and we're going to see you shortly on the floor for a proper strictly send-off
