00:21on the latest. But okay recall TMZ reported that the past few days Kim has

00:26been trying to meet up with Kanye in Wyoming but he's giving her the

00:29cold shoulder. The site also reports that Kim has been worried about him and his

00:33mental health earlier in the month and even ended her trip in the Dominican

00:37Republic shorter than expected to take care of her kids and be with him.

00:40Apparently when she came back to see him Kim noticed something was seriously off.

00:44It's also reported that Keeping Up will not be highlighting any of Kanye's

00:48recent behavior. Well more recently it seems like Kanye has sort of changed his

00:53tune because he's now apologized to his wife. Kanye tweeted out on July 25th I'd

00:57like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a

01:01private matter. I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I

01:05know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me.

01:08It's unclear if Kanye is going to let Kim visit him after his apology but he did let

01:13Justin Bieber come by who just happened to be road tripping with Hailey Bieber.

01:17Regarding Justin we're hearing exclusively that he wasn't too far from Wyoming

01:21when Kanye was all over the news and he decided to stop by and check on him as he was concerned.

01:26Justin and Hailey stayed the night on the tour bus that they've been traveling in and left the next

01:31day. We're also hearing much of their conversation was about music and life.

01:35Speaking of visits the same day Kanye apologized to Kim he was spotted walking into an emergency room

01:40in Wyoming which concerns some fans. However his visit didn't seem to be about anything too major.

01:46TMZ reports Kanye went to the hospital for anxiety but felt uncomfortable after seeing it was packed with

01:51people so he actually decided to leave. His team decided to get an ambulance to come to the ranch

01:56later to check on his vitals, heart rate, blood pressure and determined he was relatively fine.

02:01I would say more than fine considering he was spotted riding an ATV shortly after the ambulance left.

02:06And in addition to this it's been reported that Kanye invited some paparazzi inside his home after

02:11they were spotted around his property for about two hours. He spoke with them briefly and they left so
