00:05and you just feel helpless because there's so many rules and regulations and nobody can just

00:10go in there and shut these places down and you just get very frustrated with that. Just go and

00:15shut them down, you know, and there's obviously people taking advantage. I mean, there just seems

00:21to be people taking advantage all the time. Yes, there's one shop I've seen. I've seen some very

00:27nice cars outside it. I don't want to get in any trouble, but could potentially be something

00:34dodgy going on there. Again, I'm no investigator, but I've honestly got no idea. I don't really

00:40see where that kind of income is coming from. I'll look out for it now, but I can't say

00:46I've been analysed. I've never seen anything, I've never thought about it. But like, in

00:49my area at home, everyone always jokes about certain shops, it's like, oh, nobody's ever

00:53in there. Like a laundromat. Yeah, it's been there for 10 years. It's had one customer.

00:58You're paying like one penny.
