00:32The film begins by showing an amateur bodybuilder named Killian Maddox,

00:36a young man who completely dedicated all his life to building the perfect body of a bodybuilder.

00:42Every day he would spend his time in the gym training himself so hard that sweat drenched his entire body.

00:48He did all this because he was deeply obsessed with every inch of muscle in his body,

00:53as if physical perfection was the only thing that gave him value as a human being.

00:57Killian lived with his old and sickly grandfather William, who was the only family he still had.

01:03Every day, besides training at the gym, he would also take care of his grandfather,

01:07from feeding him and preparing his medicine to making sure his grandfather had someone to talk to.

01:12Behind his muscular body, Killian actually hid a deep loneliness and suffered from psychological disorders,
