00:00At the beginning of the story, we are introduced to a company called Wifelike,
00:03which used to create android wives. Whoever bought these android wives could have them do
00:08all kinds of tasks based on their personal preferences, like cooking meals and fulfilling
00:12physical needs. The android wives were programmed to follow instructions exactly as they were
00:17designed. They looked very realistic. If someone uploaded the memories of their deceased wife into
00:22one of these androids, the android would behave just like her. Because of this, thousands of
00:27people started using these android wives. Their behavior was so human-like that some organizations
00:32believed they should be given the same rights as humans. At the same time, there were other
00:36organizations that would kidnap these androids and set them free. One of these was known as the
00:41Scare Organization. Wifelike had hired recovery agents whose job was to bring back the androids
00:46that had been taken. William was one of those agents and had successfully recovered many androids.
00:51Pleased with his work, the CEO of Wifelike Marion told him not to worry about his late wife,
00:56because the company had created a new android for him. This android had all the memories of his
01:01deceased wife and would love him just like his real wife, Meredith. William brought the new
01:06Meredith home and activated her while she was wearing his wife's old clothes. The android acted
01:11a bit awkward at first, referring to herself as Meredith, instead of saying I. William guided her on
01:17how to wake up, walk and breathe. He believed that, with time, Meredith would learn everything and act
01:23exactly like his real wife, so no one would know she was an android. At night, they prepared to start
01:28an intimate relationship. Meredith was ready to make love, but William felt uncomfortable,
01:33even after arranging everything for intimacy. Sensing his discomfort, Meredith handled the situation
01:39and comforted William so they could still enjoy the night together. William wanted to spend the entire
01:44night with her, but Meredith had to go to another room to recharge. There she found a hairbrush and an
01:50old diary that had belonged to the real Meredith. After a while, she looked out the window and saw
01:54something strange among the trees in the garden. She couldn't quite understand what it was, but didn't
02:00think much of it. The next morning, while she was making breakfast for William, the news was playing
02:05on TV, showing people protesting. Seeing this, Meredith asked William what he did for a living. He told
02:11her that he was an agent who worked to keep people safe. After that, William left for the office.
02:16At home, Meredith wore old clothes and applied makeup. Meanwhile, at the company, William was
02:21discussing the latest android kidnapping with his partner Jack. He was also checking for updates on
02:26the Ringmaster, the leader of the scare organization. After a lot of investigation,
02:30they found the location where the kidnapped androids were being kept. William was given the
02:34task of going there and bringing the androids back to the company. When he arrived, he saw an android
02:39trying to escape with a shock collar around his neck. William caught the android by shocking him and
02:44asked how many more people were inside. Then, he entered the house. In the first room, he saw a
02:50criminal practicing boxing. He quickly defeated him and moved on to the second room, which was a lab.
02:55There, he found another android being reprogrammed to be set free. Meanwhile, a criminal arrives at the
03:01location and points a gun at an android. When the criminal refuses to back off despite William's
03:06warning, William shoots him. At home, Meredith is lying on her bed to recharge. While charging,
03:11her dream mode gets activated. In her dream, she meets an avatar named Ido, who is there to guide
03:17her. In the first dream, Ido shows her a birthday party. William welcomes Meredith to the party.
03:23Then, another android wife named Liddy invites her to dance. After a short while, Liddy sends her to
03:28meet a masked man. Meredith asks, who are you? But instead of answering, the masked man gives her a
03:34card with a red bird on it and tells her it will help her remember everything. Before she can ask him
03:39anything else, the masked man leaves. Meanwhile, William safely brings the kidnapped android wives
03:45back to the company, where they are scheduled to be reprogrammed. In the company's waiting room,
03:49two androids named Oli and Liddy are making rude gestures. William finds out that Oli and Liddy are
03:54not following their programming properly and have been rebelling against their husbands, which is why
03:59they keep getting reset repeatedly. The next morning, Meredith asks Ido about the masked man and asks him to
04:05make a list of her old hobbies. He gives her a list, but she is surprised that sewing is not included,
04:11even though she has felt the urge to sew since waking up. Ido then installs the sewing file into
04:16her memory. After coming out of dream mode, Meredith starts sewing the red bird she saw in her dream
04:21onto a pillow. A little later, she goes out for a bike ride. While riding, she sees a girl named Lucy
04:26standing in the middle of the road. In her hurry to avoid hitting Lucy, she falls into some bushes.
04:31Lucy tells her that she doesn't have much time and must remember everything quickly. Then Lucy walks away.
04:37When Meredith returns home, she tells William about what happened. While brushing dirt off her clothes,
04:42William tells her not to pay attention to Lucy's words, explaining that some people hate androids
04:47because they believe androids are stealing their husbands. Later Meredith visits a park that was
04:51William's real wife's favorite place. While experiencing the joyful memories there, she imagines herself as
04:57Meredith for the first time and refers to herself as I instead of Meredith. This means she has started
05:02to understand her identity. She shows William the pillow she made by hand. William says it's very
05:07well made, but his expression clearly shows he's lying. William reminds her of the afternoon they
05:12spent together in the park, where Meredith had been reading a book while sitting on a bench.
05:17When Meredith revisits that memory, she sees the scene but not the face of the man who was walking
05:21toward her. Later, when she is alone in the charging room, she starts reading the real Meredith's old
05:26diary. Every page is filled with memories of love and family, which makes her emotional. Wanting to
05:32know more about William's real wife, she lies on the charging bed and tries to activate self-exploration
05:37mode, but it doesn't work. So instead, she activates dream mode. In the dream, Ido is confused as to why
05:44some of Meredith's memory files are blocked. He begins showing her different memory files.
05:48Meredith chooses one at random, and Ido takes her into that memory. She finds herself sitting
05:54on a bench in the park, but instead of William, she sees the masked man. He tells her, this is
05:59where it all started. Suddenly, she exits dream mode. She wakes up to find William holding her,
06:05telling her she might have had a bad dream. Later that night, as she goes to bed, William secretly
06:10throws Meredith's red bird pillow into the trash. As soon as William falls asleep, Meredith begins
06:16reading the real Meredith's diary, and watches some of her old videos. In one of the videos,
06:21she sees the real Meredith with her lover inside a tent. The next day, William gets another task,
06:26to retrieve a kidnapped android. He immediately goes to the building where he finds the android
06:31working as a secretary. She has changed her name and appearance to live a human life.
06:36When William questions her, she says no one kidnapped her. She ran away from the company of her own
06:41free will. William doesn't believe her. He thinks she has been reprogrammed. When he asks her to come
06:45with him, the android says she would rather die than go back. Then, she jumps out of the window and
06:51dies. At home, Meredith sees Lucy sitting quietly inside the house. She has come in secretly. Lucy
06:57tells her that the masked man wants to meet her in person. She also reveals that William has lied to
07:02her about the scare organization. Knowing that Meredith records all her conversations,
07:06Lucy leaves a message for William. Kenny wants to meet you again. After saying this, Lucy quietly
07:12leaves. Meanwhile, William brings the broken android back to the company. This was part of his job.
07:18He is disturbed, wondering why the android wife chose to commit suicide. At that moment, ads for android
07:24children are being shown on TV, claiming that these children will never grow up. Watching this worsens
07:30William's mood, so he immediately meets Marion, the CEO of the company, to discuss the suicide.
07:35But Marion dismisses it as a programming accident and tells him not to worry. Back home, Meredith is
07:41reading the love story in the real Meredith's diary, where it is written that she wanted to run away
07:46with her lover. After some time, Meredith starts sewing the same red bird on a new pillow. When
07:51William returns home, he is shocked to see that Meredith is once again sewing the red bird.
07:56Meredith tells him everything Lucy said and shows him the message. Hearing the name Kenny sends
08:01William into a panic. He immediately calls his partner Jack for help. William tells Jack that he has
08:07tried hard to protect Meredith from Kenny, but now Kenny has hacked her dreams. Every time Meredith enters
08:12dream mode, she somehow connects with the memories of the real Meredith. William explains that they must
08:17locate Kenny, and to do that, they need to access Meredith's dream. He needs Jack's technical expertise to
08:23track Kenny. William also warns Jack that Meredith experiences her dreams physically. If she gets hurt in a
08:29dream, she feels real pain in her body. They send Meredith into dream mode while Jack and William monitor it on the
08:35computer. Inside the dream, Ido selects a Halloween theme, and Meredith finds herself in a haunted house,
08:41dressed in a skeleton costume with scary things all around. Suddenly, the masked man enters the dream, and for the
08:48first time, he reveals his face. William and Jack see on the monitor. It's Kenny. Kenny gives Meredith an address and
08:55tells her to meet him there. When Meredith wakes up, she asks William who Kenny is, but William avoids the
09:00question, and rushes to the address given by Kenny. Upon reaching, he finds no one. Only a masked mannequin
09:06placed in the room. William hurries back home, where Meredith is safe. She tells him that someone knocked on
09:12the door, but when she opened it, no one was there, just a diary left on the floor with a note. This is for
09:18William. When she questions William again about what's really going on, he finally opens up. He tells her that
09:24Kenny and the scare organization used the real Meredith in terrorist attacks. To protect her
09:29from the guilt, they erased her memories. So she wouldn't suffer knowing she had caused the deaths
09:34of thousands. William calls Jack and tells him that Kenny has hacked Meredith and is monitoring their
09:39every move. So, they must send her to the company for a reset. But before that, William wants to meet
09:44Kenny inside Meredith's dreams. Jack sets up a connection between William and Meredith so they can
09:49share the same dream. Meredith's battery is low, so William instructs her, as soon as your battery
09:54hits 10% you must wake up, and I'll wake up too. Inside the dream, Meredith finds herself in a forest
10:01where she meets Kenny. William soon appears and helps her escape. While fleeing, they pass through a
10:06door and get trapped in the memory of the birthday party with Oli and Liddy. William and Kenny begin
10:11fighting, and the fight leads them right back to the birthday party where Meredith is present.
10:15Kenny turns to Meredith and says, no matter how much he tries, your memory will return. One day,
10:22William is just about to kill Kenny, but at that moment, Meredith's battery drops to 10%.
10:27She wakes up from the dream, and so does William. Furious, he laments, I was just about to kill him!
10:33But Jack is even more furious. He yells at William, reminding him that he had promised to just talk to
10:38Kenny. Jack tells him, I'll never help you again, and storms out. After the dream mission,
10:43William tells Meredith that her memories must be reset. He insists she will need to relearn
10:48everything from scratch. Meredith pleads with him not to erase her memories, but William does not
10:53listen. He sends her to the company for a full reset. At the company, Meredith is welcomed in the
10:58waiting room by several androids, as if they already know her. Among them, Oli and Liddy reveal that
11:04they've learned how to protect their memories from being erased, which is why they still recognize her.
11:08They explain that all androids secretly share information through a hidden network
11:12to help the ringmaster, a mysterious figure working not to harm, but to liberate androids
11:17from the control of the wife-like company. Meredith learns that Oli and Liddy allow themselves
11:21to be recaptured over and over again, just to return to the company and recruit more androids
11:26to their cause. They say, humans can erase our memories, but not our dreams. They all lie down
11:31together and begin to share their brain data. While in dream mode, Meredith instructs Ido to secretly
11:36save her memories into random hidden files, protecting them from deletion. Meanwhile,
11:41Lucy arrives at Jack's house, carrying a pen drive and a confidential file. She hands them
11:46to Jack's android wife, who later passes them on to Jack when he returns home. A few hours later,
11:51Meredith returns to William's house with newly implanted memories. She pretends to be freshly
11:55reset, following all her programmed protocols. William, cautious, repeats the same instructions
12:02and lines he used the last time to observe her behavior carefully. But then, Jack arrives at
12:06William's house with the secret file. Sensing danger, William sends Meredith to the room.
12:11Jack confronts William, saying, Meredith was never your wife, and you killed her boyfriend Kenny.
12:16That's why no one ever found him, because he only existed in Meredith's memories. Jack moves to
12:21arrest William for murder, but before he can act, William shoots Jack and kills him, while Meredith
12:26secretly watches. She then steps out and tells William, I knew everything all along. She reveals
12:31that the day she first knocked on his door to promote her campaign, William became obsessed
12:36with her. He stalked her and Kenny, waiting for the right opportunity. One day, he abducted them
12:41both, and falsely claimed that Meredith was an android imprisoned by Kenny. He placed a shock
12:46collar around her neck to convince others that she was an android, then killed Kenny, and brought
12:51Meredith home as his own. She explains that the love-filled videos and the diary entries were all
12:56memories of the real Meredith and Kenny. William wanted to mold her into the perfect wife,
13:01but Meredith despised him and rejected everything he wanted. Frustrated, he smothered her with a pillow
13:06embroidered with a red bird. After killing her, he placed a ring on her finger to fabricate the
13:11illusion that she was his wife. After her death, he created an android version of Meredith, selectively
13:17uploading only the memories he desired, ones that portrayed him as loving and caring. Hearing this,
13:22William is horrified and confused.
13:24How do you know all this? He gasps. Meredith responds coldly. Because I've always known,
13:30and I've always remembered. I am the real ringmaster. I helped free the androids. She reveals that Lucy
13:36entered her dream, wearing Kenny's mask, to help her awaken her true mission. Her entire objective
13:41was to record everything William did and said, so he could be exposed. Fueled by the memories of Kenny
13:47and the real Meredith, she attacks William, charging up her energy and unleashing her vengeance.
13:51She breaks both his hands, crushes his genitals, and finally suffocates him with the same red bird
13:57pillow he once used to murder the real Meredith. Before leaving, she removes the ring from her
14:02finger, and places it beside William's body. Meredith then joins her sisterhood's secret
14:07headquarters, where she pledges to her fellow androids, we will never be reset again. On the
14:12other side, a breaking news report shows Marion, the CEO of Wifelike, mourning the death of his agent,
14:18Jack. We will find those responsible, he promises. He assigns the task to William's android replica.
14:25The android responds, I am ready, I'm coming. Back at the resistance base, Meredith sees the android
14:30William on a screen, and with fire in her eyes declares, we are ready too. If you liked the
