Dashcam shows frantic search after Marshawn Kneeland’s suicide with girlfriend briefly handcuffed

Dashcam and body-cam footage shows the intense pursuit of Marshawn Kneeland after he fled at over 160 mph in a Dodge Charger, eventually crashing the vehicle before running away on foot. During the frantic search, officers briefly detained his girlfriend, Catalina Mancera, placing her in handcuffs and inside a patrol car though she was later released as police continued their attempts to track Kneeland’s location.
