Russia has criticised Washington for sending multiple, unofficial versions of the amended Ukraine peace plan, calling the proposals “confusing” and lacking clarity. The revised blueprint—reduced from 28 points to 19 after U.S.–Ukraine talks—has raised doubts in Moscow about whether it still reflects understandings reached at the Alaska summit. Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov says no official document has been received, while Lavrov warns Russia will reject any plan that ignores long-standing security demands. With Trump stressing only a few disagreements remain, the peace process enters a fragile, uncertain phase.
