00:00This just looks like a government that is a slow-motion car crash.
00:04His cabinet are briefing against each other.
00:07His MPs are planning for life after him.
00:10And the most chaotic run-up to a budget in recent memory is happening on his watch.
00:15Even the chief whip is telling MPs that he wants out.
00:19The truth is simple, Mr. Speaker.
00:23His MPs don't trust him, the markets don't trust him, and the public certainly don't trust him.
00:28When will he finally accept that the chaos starts and ends with him?
00:33The most chaotic budget was the Liz Truss budget.
00:38It did huge damage to our country. We're still suffering from that damage.
00:42And what did she say about Liz Truss?
00:44She obviously does still think it.
00:46When asked, was Liz Truss right?
00:48100% right, she said.
00:50The most chaotic, damaging budget there's ever been.
00:53And she sticks by it.
00:55I'm very interested to see her response to this budget.
00:57If she thinks Liz Truss got it right.
00:59Mr. Speaker, what we're doing is focusing on cutting waiting lists,
01:03cutting the national debt, cutting the cost of living,
01:06renewing our country, a Labour budget with Labour values,
01:09delivering for the British people.
