00:00This faceless YouTube channel made $60,000 in the last 90 days, so I spent the last week
00:05building free AI tools and prompts that anyone can use to copy. The reason why I'm sharing all
00:10of this for free is because I'm the first and only creator that invests in my viewers through
00:15my venture capital, so my goal is to get as many of you to at least $5,000 a month because then
00:21maybe you will sell that channel to me and I will scale it further. But anyways, let's begin with
00:25channel breakdown. The channel in question is called Key. It has 90 videos. They started around
00:3290 days ago. At the moment, they make $23,000 a month and if you look at their most popular videos,
00:39you can see that they follow the same format. Now, these are like psychology videos. There's an AI
00:44voice in the background. Obviously, these videos are around 8 minutes long. These animations are
00:49generated with AI, so these are just illustrations. They're not really animated. Nothing really changes
00:54on the screen. It's like a slideshow and they're technically just copying this faceless philosophy
00:59channel, which has been run for a long time. I would actually call this a personal brand,
01:03even though the person doesn't really show their face. I've been following this channel for quite
01:08a long time. I remember watching them back in 2020 and I found the ones of value. Now,
01:12this original channel doesn't make nearly as much money as the other copycat channel because the
01:17other one uses the things that I'm going to show you in a second. But you see, this person is also
01:20selling their own digital products, their own ebooks, and different things. They're getting
01:25brand deals on almost every single video they upload. Step number one, to make things a lot
01:30easier for you, I've built this Notion template with all of the prompts you can copy and paste.
01:36So, step number one is to come up with a channel name in this niche. So, just copy this prompt. Then
01:41simply open up ChatGPT and paste that prompt in this box. Submit it and this is going to give you 20
01:47different YouTube channel name ideas. Don't overthink this. Pick any one you'd like and just
01:53go with it. The original channel, Pursuit of Wonder, makes 14k a month, while the copycat now
01:58makes $23,000 a month. Step number two, now we need to generate channel, profile picture, logo,
02:04and I'm going to replicate what they have over here because I found it really obscure. So, I'm going to
02:08grab this prompt from Notion. I will open Gemini.google.com. I will select tools, select create images,
02:15and I will just paste the prompt. And you can obviously customize which colors you want. Here,
02:19I've said I want bright yellow background and flat white face, but you can of course change that to
02:24any other colors you like. And here's what I've got. So, I'm going to download this to my computer.
02:29Step number three, now we need some unique video ideas and we're going to copy this prompt and we
02:34will go over to ChatGPT and we'll submit it. So, I've taken their most popular concepts and I've told
02:40the ChatGPT to give me unique video ideas that they haven't covered before. So, we can do that.
02:46So, most of these are relatable to at least some group of people. So, I can select, for example,
02:50the psychology of someone who can't be alone. I believe this would speak to a large number of
02:56people. So, I'm going to go with that as you can get more views. So, step number four is to then
03:00write a script. And what I've done is I've used some very expensive AI tool to dissect their content and
03:06to analyze every single portion of their YouTube scripts to create this massive prompt. So, you
03:11don't have to. And you better be grateful because I've paid $900 for that AI tool. So, you don't have
03:16to do it. So, yeah, let's copy this entire prompt and then let's go over to ChatGPT. Go to the bar
03:22over here, submit it, and then you just have to insert your video title. So, you don't have to spend
03:27a thousand bucks like I did. All you have to do is just choose one of these video ideas and paste it in
03:32this box. If you do appreciate that, just make sure you drop a like to this tutorial so I can
03:36continue doing these things for you. Anyways, we're going to submit this and it's going to start
03:40writing a script. Now, I want to show you that the problem with ChatGPT, it is very dumb about
03:45writing YouTube scripts. So, I'm going to copy this entire prompt and instead of ChatGPT, I'm going to
03:49go over to Cloud AI and you will see how better it is and how it can actually write scripts that are
03:55over 3,000 words long. In fact, just before this, I've generated a script for one of my YouTube
04:01channels and it was 3,000 words exactly and it was all with Cloud for completely free. I never
04:06really paid for Cloud, which is crazy. So, here we go. This is the entire script now being created in
04:11real time. Next up, we need those visuals that they have. You see how they have an illustration
04:15which doesn't really change, it just stays static. So, it's more of a slideshow of these illustrations.
04:21So, what I've done is I've created a prompt that you can find in the Notion document. You can copy
04:27that prompt. You can open up Gemini.Google again and as you can see, you just have to change
04:31variables in the brackets. So, anything that you see in these prompts that is in red, that's the
04:35part where you just have to change. You just have to describe what you want. That's the only part I
04:39couldn't do for you so you can make something that's unique. And so, here we can just insert what
04:43kind of character we want. Let's say I want an old man reading a book on the bench. There we go.
04:50Here's the illustration which I can now download and in my opinion, this is a lot better than what
04:55they have. It's like a very high quality one. Now, I can just go over to Canva.com. I can click
05:00on custom size and just select 1920 by 1080px. Click on the background, change it to dark and then just
05:07drag and drop that image from Google Gemini. And here's how that would look like on a YouTube video.
05:12Now, you see we have the Google Gemini logo at the bottom. So, to remove that, all I got to do is
05:16just click crop and I can just crop it out like this. And there we go. It no longer exists. And also,
05:21if you want to change, if you want to delete the background for some reason, even though it's not
05:24necessary, you just click on background remover and it's going to be removed. And then it's going
05:28to look slightly different. So, I'm actually not going to do that. I'll leave the glow and it looks
05:32pretty nice like this. So, this will be like the first scene that I can just share, download to my
05:36computer. Now, to create the entire video, I would have to generate quite a few scenes, which is fine
05:40because I already have the prompt and just have to continue doing this. I believe they change their
05:45scenes every 15 seconds. So, that's around 32 scenes a video. Next step now for YouTube thumbnails,
05:53I'm going to use this AI tool called Pixels. Just click on go to site. And then once on Pixels,
05:59just create an account. Simply log in after that. And once inside of Pixels, you can literally just
06:04describe what sort of YouTube thumbnail you want, or you can recreate existing ones by just pasting
06:09a link. And then just click generate. You could also enter in the box what differences you want.
06:13Maybe I want a different color, a different font, or different text. And now that I have a thumbnail,
06:18I will just download it. Next step, we need a voiceover done. And I found something that will
06:22save us lots of money on AI voiceovers. For context, from 2020 to 2023, I used to spend a lot of money
06:30hiring voiceover artists on Fiverr. So, for example, my script is 3,000 words long. Well,
06:37if I go back here and I type in that I want 3,000 words voiceover, that will cost me $620 for a single
06:43video. And I used to pay these numbers because we didn't have AI. And then we had 11 labs, which was
06:48great because for $99 a month, I could do 30 voiceovers a month, around 10 minutes long. So,
06:55it gives me 500,000 credits for $99 a month. But now, this week, I found out about this AI tool
07:01where you can get 1 million credits instead of 500,000 credits on 11 labs for only $7. It's not
07:08even $99. And then it goes even lower. For 200k credits, $4. $4. And I can generate 10 long-form
07:14YouTube video voiceovers. So, I've loaded my account over here. When I go to the labs section
07:19for reference, I found the exact same voice that I used to use on 11 labs. Like, literally,
07:25if I go to the library section and I search for Arthur on 11 labs, where, again, I spend $99 a month,
07:31it's not expensive. But here, I can do the same thing for $7. And I found the exact same voice,
07:36exact same quality. And all I got to do is then just grab the script that I've created with Claude,
07:40copy everything, paste it in this box, and click create the voice. And as you can see,
07:44this will be 190 credits. I confirm. I have around 2 million credits to spend. And the only thing that
07:49I found out is that it's slightly slower than 11 labs. So, 11 labs would usually generate this
07:54almost instantly. While with Gen AI Pro, it would take 30 seconds to about a minute. Next step,
07:59we just need to start putting things together. For this, I use CapCut. So, we first of all upload all
08:05the images which we've generated. Then we upload the voiceover from Gen AI Pro. And once they have
08:11everything, I just need to start putting things together. So, you come in the first scene, then
08:15upload the next one, et cetera. And then if I want captions like they did, all I got to do is click
08:19on auto captions, generate. Then since I don't like this font on the right-hand side, I can just choose
08:24any other one I like. I like this one a lot. It's very similar to the original channel. And there we go.
08:29Now I can just edit and export.
