The Movement for Social Justice is calling on the Prime Minister to explain why US Joint Chiefs of Staff, chairman, General Dan Caine is in this country, and why he met with her.
The MSJ claims Caine's function is to treat with war preparations.

00:00According to Movement for Social Justice leader David Abdullah,
00:04General Dan Cain's presence in TNT and his meeting with Prime Minister Kamala Passat-Bissasa,
00:09who is also head of the National Security Council, is no coincidence and is no tourist visit.
00:15Abdullah states that Cain's responsibilities as chairman of U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff
00:21is to advise the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense and the U.S. National Security Council
00:27and also assess the preparation of U.S. troops for missions and combat.
00:33As such, Abdullah believes that he is here to, quote,
00:36assess the state of the U.S. assets and the position of any U.S. allies
00:41so as to properly advise the President of what to do with respect to Venezuela, end quote.
00:47The MSJ highlights the response of President Donald Trump in relation to the Cartel of the Suns,
00:52which Abdullah calls fictitious, noting that Trump has classified it as a terrorist organization,
00:59further accusing Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro as being the leader of it, which Maduro has denied.
01:05Trump has also indicated that it allows the U.S. to take action on Venezuela.
01:10Well, the MSJ is calling on Passat-Bissasa to give the country a proper explanation
01:15over why General Cain is here, saying the nation deserves to know.
01:20Abdullah says, quote,
01:21We do not want to hear some rehashed story about mutual collaboration in the fight against NACO traffickers.
01:28This is not what the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff deals with.
01:33He deals with war and preparations for war.
01:36He deals with militarily securing the U.S. from attack by a foreign state.
01:40We must be told what commitments were made by the Prime Minister to General Cain and what was promised in return, end quote.
01:49The MSJ leader questions if the people of the country are being taken for fools by government officials
01:55who claim that the recent training exercises between the U.S. and the TNT Defense Force are nothing out of the ordinary.
02:03He says all the while, there is an unprecedented 10 percent of the U.S. Navy in the Caribbean,
02:08COVID operations by the CIA in Venezuela, with consideration being given to a military strike.
02:15The MSJ is of the view that if the U.S. does in fact launch an attack on Venezuela, TNT will be complicit.
02:22Abdullah says, quote,
02:23It will stain our international standing as we will cease to be non-aligned or respected for taking an independent position, end quote.
02:33According to the MSJ, it will be bad for TNT to be in such a place.
