00:12in soul, karma and rebirth. Today I am going to talk about why there is a need to create good
00:18karma to boost and uplift our soul. We, in our previous life, have done many things,
00:23some are good and some are bad. For example, you lent $10 to Mrs. Blue in 3 previous life.
00:31In previous life, you steal $10 from Mr. Gray and Unalive Mr. Red.
00:36Coming back to answer today's question, I will continue with the example that I have just give.
00:42In this life, you do good, you lent $20 to Mr. Gray and you unintentionally,
00:47paid your previous life debt. In fact, you also created good karma.
00:51But you experience a lot of difficulties making a living and that's because Mr. Red,
00:56your victim in your previous life, is disturbing your life. And so you asked yourself,
01:02you have done good but why good never return? Having lost faith, you don't do good anymore
01:07and you never recover. Fortunately, Mrs. Blue, the person you helped in 3 previous life,
01:13sees your misery, share with you the truth about karma and rebirth. You restored your faith and
01:19started to do good again. And in the next life, you saved Miss White who is actually a rebirth of
01:24Mr. Red. You settled the bad karma debt between you and Mr. Red. And with that, no one shall disturb
01:31you and you are able to live a comfortable life, continuing to do good, creating good karma to
01:37boost and uplift your soul. Therefore, never stop doing good. Those bad events that happened are bad
01:43karma that want you to stop doing good, that want you to sink, that want you to never recover.
01:49Remember what I shared in sharing 19, bad karma will try their best to disturb your mind so that
01:54you can not meditate properly and have doubt in your spiritual path. Some people thought that by being a
02:00vegan alone is good enough, there will have a lot of good karma and blessing because you are not
02:05killing the animals. That's not true because being a vegan, you only stop creating bad karma for your
02:11soul. You only change from killing animals to not killing animals, it's just a change of your own
02:17action or habit. There is no giving and you have not done anything to create good karma for your soul.
02:23Let me give some examples of giving and doing good like you donate money to hospital for the needs,
02:28you give food to the refugees, you help elderly cross the road, you give your time to give free
02:33education to those who cannot afford a proper education, you build shelter for the homeless,
02:38etc. Some thought of doing good when old but some people don't get the chance of reaching old age and
02:44therefore, start young, the best is doing good since childhood. Take note that in the next rebirth,
02:51you might not be a human being, you might live in a miserable condition or live a luxury life
02:56without a person telling you the truth and you just use up all your blessing. Therefore,
03:01we must uplift our soul in this life to break the rebirth cycle and never return back to earth.
03:06Then, of all the charity work, which is the best and why we need to talk about unconditional love?
