धनबाद में पोस्ट मैट्रिक स्कॉलरशिप नहीं मिलने से 26 ओबीसी हजार छात्रों की पढ़ाई पर संकट छा गया. दफ्तर में चक्कर लागाने को मजबूर हैं.
