Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson discusses the possibility of the club reaching the Premier League

00:00Rob and Ryan, they're Hollywood actors, they're used to sort of scripts and fairytale stories.

00:05It really would be a fairytale if you get to the Premier League.

00:07Yeah, I think the owners have said that about achieving Premiership status one day

00:12and some people then perceive that as getting carried away, but I don't think it is

00:17because there's clubs who've gone into the Premiership and been run properly

00:21and had a great structure behind the scenes.

00:23Burnley, I think, is a good example of that.

00:25And other clubs, Luton Town, obviously, have done it.

00:28So there's no reasons why we can't, but you don't get there by luck.

00:32You get there by having good people working at the football club.

00:35A calmness when things go a little bit against you, which inevitably happens throughout every season,

00:41even in successful seasons, you have periods where the results don't go well.

00:44And making sure everyone understands it's a togetherness, a team unity,

00:48not just on the pitch but off the pitch, which ultimately brings success.

00:51So, of course, that's the aim and we'll see if we can achieve it.
