00:00So, Timothée here from CELET in Automechanica. We will present our new product that we developed
00:10recently. So, here we have the latest generation of our benches, fully in aluminum, very easy to
00:18assemble, coupled with our newly designed aluminum chameleon, which is our universal jigs system.
00:25So, what we had in the past was basically dedicated jigs, which we have also improved recently.
00:31They are now 3D printed with a mix of carbon fiber and plastic with aluminum inserts. So,
00:37they are as strong as the previous ones, so they can be used as the other one before. They can be
00:43specially ordered, so we can make them. We have a full development team that can print them, that can
00:47assemble them. So, basically, whichever car is possible. Then here, this is the universal system.
00:54So, they take the same base as before, so they can be set in X and in Y, then after the MZ tower,
01:01then the piston, then all the parts for the adapters. They are now in full aluminum, which makes them
01:07extremely lighter. But thanks to the grade of aluminum we are using, they still keep the same
01:12strength. So, they still have the same possibilities as the previous chameleon. Here, this is full steel.
01:17And I'm not joking. And here, it's full aluminum. So, the difference is crazy, crazy important. It's super easy to
01:28use. And if you know how to use this one, you can use this one. So, that's a big improvement. If we switch
01:34on the left, here, it's our Naja, which is very well known by everyone in the industry. This is just a new
01:41design. The most important improvement is the rail. So, now, it's extremely softer to move it. It's
01:50honestly designed from a CNC, basically. So, it's the same accuracy, same smoothness. So, really,
01:59it's much easier to use. We have also changed a little bit the battery system. We have a level.
02:04We have much more standard batteries. So, always, it's to improve the customer friendliness of our
02:11products. But... Oh, and a gravy light on the front as well. This one is also an improvement. It will
02:17help you to know if you are in measuring mode, in repairing mode, if you are close to the point,
02:22if you are doing well or not. A little bit of the new attachment system as well. Also, more user-friendly.
02:28But always keeping the same goal is to be as accurate as we can. Under the 1mm, we have always
02:34been with the other one. And this one, now, right now, we have a 4m rail. But thanks to the new shape
02:40of the rail, we can go up to 6m. So, if you have a very large vehicle, like a small truck, SUV, you can
02:47measure from point to point, even the side point or the front point, because you can go much further, basically.
02:54So, here, it's the common software we have between our two measuring tools and our universe
03:02logic system, the Chameleon. So, basically, it's one website for everything. We use the same database,
03:09we use the same kind of environment. So, if you use one, you know how to use all of them, basically.
03:15So, here, for example, it's the page for the Eagle, which is our Magnus system. So, you have to set up the
03:27measuring head in one pointer, which will take the car as a reference. And then, you need to shoot
03:34those targets with a laser, we have. And then, the software will automatically detect where the
03:42point is. It's also in live, telling you where the laser is. So, it's extremely practical to diagnose
03:49before and after repairs. We have access to all the underbody points, and we are working on the side
03:54points of the A, B, and C pillar. It will be coming in the next year, normally. Then, after, we have our
03:59Naja system, which is really a measuring system. It can do the same thing as the Eagle, but it's more
04:05accurate. And also, you can use it while you are repairing. So, Naja is using the same principle,
04:12you would have to level your car to measure one, two, three, and four points. And then, after,
04:17you can measure any points you want, and it will detect automatically on the software where you are
04:22under the car, basically. And finally, we have the Chameleon system, which you might have seen
04:29earlier. It's our universal GIG system. So, the software is building the database to then tell
04:35you which parts you need to use to build which points. For example, here, we have a Mercedes A
04:40class. And let's say, like, we want to use more points. So, we can select all the points we would
04:47like to use. And if, for example, I select 19, it will appear automatically on the software. And then,
04:58after, if you click on the points, it tells you, okay, which parts you need to use from bottom
05:06to the top. And what's really impressive about it is that, let's say, I don't know, you don't have the
05:11white weight height adaptor or something else, you can change on live on it. You can change it,
05:18and after, it will tell you exactly which new parts to use. So, basically, if, for example,
05:24also, you have, I don't know, a tube, a pipe, whatever, which is in the way, then you change
05:29it from software. It will tell you which parts to use.
